These "justices" should be worried about "their" system because it certainly isn't, currently, "our" (the People's) system ! It has evolved into "their" system !
However, Rod Class' pioneering education in the field of judicial justice is evident at this strategy meeting of Connecticut judges dealing with the pesky litigant (or defendant) taking control of their court cases.
One of the (paraphrased) telling quotes is:
"...other benefits...to speed up the "business"..."
Isn't that special ? The "business" ?
What about the goal of this "business" ? ...JUSTICE ?
Shouldn't "justice" be the end goal ? Shouldn't justice NOT be a "business" ?
Perhaps, these "justices" should read the Constitution a bit more carefully ?
