The No FEAR Exchange & Truth
I read some posts that expressed fear about the upcoming Exchange procedure. I remember back in the day when we were told to get a burner phone, drive a rented car, stay at a hotel overnight.. etc. While there may have been good reasons for those "Safety Moves," THOSE DAYS ARE OVER. There will be NO problems with the Exchange itself what so ever. The Bad guys have NO CHANCE to set up 800#s and fake locations and all of that. THERE IS NO WAY THAT WILL HAPPEN.
What is a Bad Guy To Do?
This is a simple answer. Since they have no chance to set up a fake exchange center, and no chance to get your money once it is in the new Financial system, they have only one option left to rob you.... get your currency BEFORE you exchange it.... Thus all the group scams that have showed up lately.
Those Who Want To Steal Your Money
Yes, there are those who want to actually STEAL money from you, but they are VERY FEW in numbers. I would say that is the LEAST Threat you Face. Why? Because they can buy a ZIM from the Internet way easier than stealing yours. So what ARE the ACTUAL Threats you face?
The CABAL Agenda
The Actual threat is the Cabal agenda of keeping you poor, or getting control of your money in some way. From what I can tell, it was a threefold plan:
#1) Keep you from buying currency in the first place. This was achieved by having the Banks and various media outlets continually call the DINAR, ZIM, and other currency revaluations a Scam. This kept people from buying currencies in the first place and is still working on many. But, over time this phase of the plan began to lose effectiveness.
#2) The Group Scam. This was a ploy to both get control of your currency and even just steal it outright. In both these cases, those who got into one of these bogus groups, would not find out about their big mistake until after the GCR when they could no longer buy currency. Either their money would be totally gone, or their payments would be severely reduced and/or delayed indefinitely. In the end, these people who fell for this Scam, would be unable to get more currency because it would be too late, and would have no control of their money what so ever. However, this plan has run its course, even though I still see people promoting these Groups as the only way to get the better rates and some have the nerve to claim, that it is the only way to get exchanged. We are now in the final Phase of the CABAL agenda.
#3) The Bank Exchange vs. The Exchange Centers. This is the CABAL's last great effort to keep you down. At this point they were unable to stop you from buying currencies and believing in the GCR and they were unable to gain control of the currencies you purchased through a Group Scam. That leaves only one option to reduce what money you get at Exchange time. They only have one trick left and that is to get you to exchange with the General Everyday Public, at your local Bank on the Corner instead of going to an Offsite Exchange center. As we know, the "Regular" Retail Bank location will only offer street rates and no special rate negotiations.
Remember that post that said "Stop paying attention to the net for information and just go to your local bank to exchange when it is time?" NO DOUBT IN MY BOOK THAT WAS THE CABAL AGENDA. But we know better don't we? We know that the Offsite locations are the ones that are authorized to offer the higher Sovereign Rates for ZIM, and humanitarian Projects etc. So the CABAL have no chance to stops us from going to the Exchange centers, Both Offsite & Designated Bank Locations, to get the special treatment and extra high rates.... or do they? The FEAR Plan
Their VERY, VERY, Last play is to spread FEAR that you might lose your money if you don’t go to a regular Bank (Non Exchange) location. That is actually a good move for the CABAL. Because if you go to a regular Bank, you WILL GET less and they keep you down, well as down as they can. But is this FEAR justified? No, not really.
The No FEAR Exchange
First let me say that those who are posting and spreading this fear are probably NOT Cabal, but have been affected by the CABAL Fear agenda. There is actually nothing to Fear. Let's think about the whole process and see just how safe it really is.
#1) You are going to get the First 800# to call. This number is so easy to verify because it will be EVERYWHERE, on every Dinar related website. All you have to do is go to Dinar Daily site: http://www.dinardaily.net/ , Bruce's Big Call website Banking Tab: http://www.thebigcall.net/Banking.html , and then go to Dinar Chronicles site: http://inteldinarchronicles.blogspot.com/ then maybe you can check The Real Truth Call site: http://www.therealtruthcall2.com/ just to name a few and they should all have THE SAME EXACT NUMBER. There is NO WAY that the bad guys could change the phone number in all these places. The moment something like that happened, if it could happen, the SWAT team would swarm those who did it and they would be taken down so fast that it would make your head spin. So your first phone number to call will be VERY SAFE.
Once you call the first number, you will tell them if you have Zim (NOT HOW MUCH YOU HAVE) just that you have the currencies and especially if you have ZIM. Then you will tell them your Zip code. You will then be given a couple of option locations where you can exchange. I imagine that you will be given "GENERAL" areas and not exact addresses. You select the Location/City you want to exchange in and they give you the "Second Number" to call.
Note: It doesn't matter if you say Zim, Zim Bond, Zim Gold Backed Bond, Or Zim whatever, they will know it is Zim and will send you to the right place.
Special Note For Zim: As I understand this process, this second number will be your personal number to call. NO ONE ELSE WILL BE GIVEN THIS EXACT NUMBER. My guess is that when they give you the number, it is then programmed to go to the location you chose. DO NOT GIVE THIS NUMBER TO ANYONE. If this is set up the way I have explained it, when you call this number they will know it is you. If you give this to anyone else, the exchange center will think it is you and that could screw up your own exchange. In short, tell everyone you know about the first number, but the second number is for your eyes only.
#2) The Second 800#/Contact Number to call. Once you call this second specially coded number, you will be connected to the Exchange center in the area you chose. You will then give them your information, set an appointment time and then given the EXACT address where the secret offsite exchange center is. KEEP THIS SECRET. Ask all the questions you want, so that you feel comfortable and so that you know what to bring, how to get there, who you can bring with you, and whatever else you want to know. By the time you finish this call, you should feel totally comfortable about the whole process and what you need to do next.
You have two levels of safety here. First, if the first number was the correct one, and if it is in several well known places on the web, that makes the second number they gave you safe as well. how could it not be? Then after calling the second location, you should have asked all the questions you had and feel comfortable that this is a valid exchange center. Then comes the next stage... The appointment.
#3) The Appointment. When you are arrive at the secret offsite location, or designated Bank Location, you should see military types (Or security people) around fully armed who are protecting the location from the bad guys. When you go into the location, you should feel very safe by #1) what you see around you, #2) the fact that they know who you are and are expecting you, and #3) By the process you experience.
In short, if the First number is right and checks out, that means the second number is safe as well, which means that the appointment location is valid, and then when you get there, you will know you are safe.
The Argument Against Bad Exchange Centers
It is so easy to debunk the Evil Exchange center idea. #1) It is easier for the bad guys to buy their own Zim than it is to set up this elaborate exchange center scam. #2) If they did set up the fake offsite exchange center, it would only be running for a few minutes before the Good Guys swooped in and took them out. This could NEVER happen, it is just too dangerous for the bad guys. Frankly, the bad guys could just spend $100 on one zim note and become Trillianaires. So why would they go to all this trouble to set something up that would be stopped in a matter of hours if not minutes? So in my opinion, the Bad Exchange center idea just doesn't make any sense to me. No Worries
If you have enough money, and most all of us will, you will be on some sort of Interest payment plan. You will get big money payments every 90 days for years. You could get totally wiped out of everything you have from the exchange, and be flat broke. BUT, that would only last 90 days until your next interest payment. Then you would be rich again. You could lose it all again, and still be rich again in 90 days. THERE IS NOTHING TO FEAR. The Benevolent Elders have set it up so that you can't fail. The only catch is, all this protection comes AFTER the exchange. If you give away your currency to some fake group, or give control of your money to some group, there is nothing that the Benevolent Elders can do about that. But, if you hold on to your currency and get to the offsite exchange center, you have it made for life.
The Truth
Until this goes, it is hard to get accurate information about the process. However, once you get the first number, you can call it and ask all the questions you want and get the TRUTH. Then when you get the number for your actual exchange location, you can again ask all the questions you want about who can come with you and what to bring etc and again you will get the TRUTH. Then at your Exchange appointment and wealth manager appointment you can ask anything you want about trusts, and bank accounts etc and get the TRUTH. Basically, once you get the first call in number, you have access to the REAL TRUTH from then on for ever step in the process, and forever more after that. NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT!
The Bottom Line
The bottom line is that there is nothing to fear. Every step of the Exchange process is built for safety. The only real threat you face is loss of your currency to Group scams, or reduced exchange rate due to missing out on the 800#/Exchange center plan. However, that is not too bad, as even the General Public will be getting very good street rates. Not what we will be getting, but way better than nothing. If you pay attention to the Net for the 800#s, check them out on a few different websites, and then just follow the instructions, you cannot go wrong. Importantly, once the 800#s come out, they will come with a special set of very Detailed and EXACT instructions on what to do next. Tick Tock, my Friends, for our time is near.

What's old is new again, right?
Or is It? Vintage I mean? Perhaps the RV is something entirely new? Different?
Did you know the Chinese Elders funded the first US Revolution in 1776?
As to secure natural resource rights in North America and protect their acquisition from long standing cabal adversaries.
But isn't that exactly what's happening in Africa right now? China protecting Zimbabwe and the world from the evil cabal? And perhaps South America a few centuries after that?
Or are they just opportunists like us? Making a big bucks move while also doing the right thing? Maybe morality, courage and risk are what's vintage here?
And what of 9/11?

Remaining cabal factions (Israel) are still threatening China with a nuclear missile launched from North Korea towards Beijing.
They just don't quit.
Not unexpected, just something to deal with. We believe their trying to create more negotiating leverage and are not actually serious to attack.

Here we are the 6th Planet that the Cabal have infested, and the first one that was able to survive their onslaught. We, didn't all get killed off, nor did our Planet get blown up. We have a lot to be proud of.. don't we? But what made us different? How was it that we defeated the Cabal? That is a good question and brings us to the heart of the matter.
We Stood Up Against Them
Simply put, we said NO! We banded together, learned what was going on and did something about it. My Friends that was a big surprise to those scummy murderers. It took time, but with help, we ousted their Pedophilia, raping, murdering and sacrificing our children in their satanic rituals, their poisoning of our food, water, and the air that we breathed. Make no mistake, they had planned to get rid of all of us. But how could they do that, if there were so many of us and so few of them? Good Question!
They Trained Us
The simple answer is that they trained us to allow them to do whatever they wanted to us. Give them free speech, let them teach our children what they want to, let them inject us with what they want to, and do NOT stand up, let the people in charge handle it. My Friends the people in charge were the same ones who wanted to kill us off and kill our children. They taught us to Love everyone no matter who they are or what they are doing. My Friends, I've got news for you, that doesn't work for me.... Does it work for you?
If someone is kidnapping our children and raping them, I say, "TAKE THEM DOWN!" If someone is positioning our food supply.. "TAKE THEM DOWN!" If someone is telling us lies that harm us and our futures, I say "CALL THEM OUT, and THEN TAKE THEM DOWN!" Don't you realize that all those other planets, stood by while the evil, scummy Cabal, their minions and trolls, did their evil deeds until it was too late to stop them? Don't you also realize that is what makes us different, that we did not let them do their evil deeds?
We Are Taking Them Down
You already know that we have disabled their ability to kill us off with Nuclear weapons. We have stopped all wars on the Planet. We have taken down their HAARP and CERN facilities. What Is Next?

So now I ask you "Should Everyone who holds Currency be permitted to exchange it?" Cabal are masters of blending in and hiding who they truly are and what their agendas really are. They are snakes in disguise. Judgment Required & Action Requested
Remembering that we live in a Free Will Universe, it is up to us to make the final request to rid our World of these Cabal scum once and for all. I have been hearing a lot of people who want to be "Good" but talking like they are still programmed by the Cabal. What is being good anyway? I can tell you that Being in Lack is NOT being "GOOD." All this non sense talk about how humble you are going to be after the GCR and not buy anything for yourself. WHAT? My Friends they call it the "Golden Age" for a reason. What part of "Abundance" did you not understand? Your ONLY "Target" is Joy! Your only job is to stay smack dab in the middle of your Joy Spot. That's it! But what is your "Joy Spot?" Now that is a good question.... lets' figure that one out... shall we?
I can start this conversation out by saying that "LACK" is NOT in your Joy Spot. Why would it be? The Cabal kept us in Lack to keep us down... the last thing we want to do now is stay in Lack of our own accord.... Right? BREAK THAT HABIT RIGHT NOW! But what is Lack anyway?
Lack
Simply Put, Lack is a state in which you don't have what you want. Clearly this means that Lack is different for everyone, just as what people want is different. So, if you want something, be it a thing or an experience, and you don't have it, that is Lack, pure and simple and it is NOT A VIRTUE! Get over that Cabal training already. They wanted you to think that NOT having what you want was somehow "Righteous, or Virtuous" but it is not. Why would it be? Who says so?
In-congruence
It is so funny that the Church supposedly says that humbleness is the way to be as they preach from gold podiums. By the way, the thing about a Rich man going to heaven and a camel going through the eye of a needle was NOT ABOUT YOU. Remember that back in those days, and even in these recent days, the ones who were rich were CABAL. That is going to change very quickly. My Plans
For me, I am going to get a Lamborghini, a Yacht and big house. SO WHAT! This is the Golden Age and it is time for us to have the nice things as well. Having a Lamborghini doesn't stop me from doing good works, I just get them done FASTER! It is all about being in your Joy Spot. My Joy is driving fast, helping people and enjoying the nice things in life. After all, I am the Guru that says you can have it all, and you can bet I am going to walk my talk. Don’t come to me and tell me that having a fleet of super cars and a 750 foot Yacht is somehow NOT Godly or not Righteous... Please. Take that Cabal programming somewhere else, because I am embracing my Abundance and Lack is no longer in my vocabulary. I do what I want to do, get what I want to get and help all those I want to help. That Keeps me smack dab in the middle of my JOY SPOT.
If I stayed "Small" and only lived as if I had no money, I would be violating the law of Abundance which says you can have EVERYTHING you want and that is O.K.! The minute you hold back from having or doing what you want to have or do, you have moved out of the Vibration of Abundance. So, are you in the Vibration of Abundance or Lack? That is up to you.... But I can tell you the path to Ascension goes right through ABUNDANCE.
Abundance
The Elders are doing their best to FORCE you into Abundance to get you on the fast track to Ascension. They are giving you so much money that you will NEVER be able to spend it all. They want to wipe out CABAL LACK PROGRAMMING and I can tell you that once I walk out of that exchange center, my feelings of Lack will be gone forever.... Just as was the plan.
What Am I Saying?
Am I saying that you should get expensive things and "Flaunt" them around town? No, that has nothing to do with the topic of Lack. Am I saying that living a life of very expensive things is the way to live? NO, that has nothing to do with lack. Then, what am I saying EXACTLY? Easy... I am saying that if you want something or some experience, don't hold yourself in Lack by preventing yourself from having or enjoying that experience. Don’t you know that JOY is the high point of Human experience? That Joy is different for every person and NO ONE can define it? I can't even define it for you.
For me, driving fast in a Lamborghini on my way to my Yacht for a weekend party is in my JOY SPOT. For others, it might be riding horses in the country, or climbing a mountain, or swimming with the dolphins. What I am saying is whatever is "Joyful" for you MUST be allowed to be and happen for you. The shame is not in doing and having what you want, it is in thinking that you shouldn't and keeping yourself out of joy just as the Cabal have programmed you to do. BREAK THAT PROGRAMMING RIGHT NOW.
The Bottom Line
The bottom line is that Joy is the High Mark to success. Do the projects you want to do that bring you the most joy. Don’t worry about the other projects, they will be done by others whose Joy is to do them. In the end everything that needs to be done is done by those who want to do them and are in Joy doing them. How perfect is that? Joyous!
My friends, you can have nice things and fast cars... that is called enjoying life. ANYONE who tells you what is the "Right Thing" to do or not do, is out of bounds. They cannot say for you, and neither can I. I can tell you that I am going to enjoy life to the max! My Joy is going to be off the charts. I am going to have all the things I want to have, do all the things I want to do, including Teaching others How To Use Their God Power® to get everything they want and to live the life of their Dreams and plans. North Korea is a problem for reasons not reported on in the press. It's a nation of 25 million innocent people who could find themselves nationless in a matter of hours.
That kind of humanitarian crisis is very troubling to the NPTB, if the situations in Raqqa, Mosul and Yemen aren't bad enough.
All of the above conflicts were scheduled to be resolved in full before the G20 this Friday and Saturday.
And yet... here we are with white caps on the waters of change.
The Elders are looking for glass conditions before releasing the blessing.
Structurally, from a banking and security point of view, everything is whole and complete.
That's wonderful. But it's not enough to let the RV go. Why?
As Americans, we see the world from our own superpower prism, and if we're ready so too should be the rest of the world.
But in this new world paradigm, all sovereign nations in good standing have equal value, and thus must also be deemed whole and complete before the financial reforms are released.

But then it hit me... there is no chaos.
It's not real.
And all chaos, all suffering and all lack are but handmade illusions by another inhuman species entirely, not the benchmark of human existence.
Gosh of mighty did I have it wrong.
We're not fighting for financial reforms from a bottom up, get off our knees position. No, no. Exactly the opposite.
We're powerfully on our knees in deep humility and overflowing gratitude, receiving this top down, divine providence from Heaven as Yeshua's infinite light and love expunges all darkness from our earthly experience.

Using The Time-Line Discernment Technique
Discernment is a learned skill and I have a special "Psychic" method that I teach those who want to learn the "Resonance Method." This system will help you figure out what is true and what is not as well as allow you to communicate with anything or anyone in the Universe. It is truly a powerful method. However, here in Dinarland, you can use a different Discernment method that is more logically based, and very easy to learn and use. It is the "Time-Line Discernment Technique."
This Discernment system is based on what we already know as Truth here in Dinarland. Once we establish a few Time-Line base points of reference, we can then Judge (Discern) new information against these base points to quickly determine if it the new Information is true or not. Very Easy.
Time-Lines
So, what we will be establishing are three points in Time that have certain characteristics that are KNOWN. These points in time are simply, the past, the present, and the future. Again very simple.
The Past
In the past the Cabal ruled our World. They did many very bad things and had very evil plans for us. These things include such things as wanting to kill us all off, destroy our food supplies, cause disease, war, and disasters. They created HAARP systems, CERN, underground bases, had control of our military and governments, created FEMA Camps, and a very advanced surveillance network to spy on our every move. The TRUTH was hidden from us about our true nature and power and our place in the Universe. There were millions of other bad things that we could list here, but all we want to do here is establish a baseline understanding of what the "Past" was like. In short the Cabal were in control and were evil minded in every way. Got it!
The Future
In the Future, the Cabal are but a distant memory. Everything evil they ever created is reversed and made right. Peace and prosperity is the norm throughout the World and everything is as it was intended to be for the inhabitants of the Earth. We have Intergalactic Trade with other Worlds, and distant Galaxies as well. Travel to other planets for vacation is normal and all energy is free. We spend our days doing what we want to do and enjoying (In Joy) every minute of every day. We no longer have Governments, but instead "guiding Councils, from the top down to the community level. Again there is so much more to say about our wonderful future, but this is enough for you to get the picture of what is to come.
The Present
So the nature of the Present is that it is somewhere between the Past and the Future. Frankly, in our case right now, We are nearly in the Future already. We now have complete control of the Banking system, and money printing systems, the World Governments, and all militaries. We have blown up all Cabal underground bases, cloning facilities, weapons that are underground, above ground and in space. We have taken over all their surveillance systems and FEMA camps. Which by the way are nearly half full with Cabal already. I asked if there would be enough room for all the Cabal faces and minions that are about to be arrested and the answer was plenty. As a side note, I also heard that while the Cabal were building the infamous FEMA Camps, it was an inside joke that they should build them well, because soon they will be inside them! How convenient of the Cabal to build their own prisons.
We are not just waiting for the Cabal to make a move anymore, we are seeking them out with the Ghost squads. The Cabal are energetically marked as to who could make it in the Future Earth, and those who could not, are just being eliminated. When was the last time you heard the names: George Soros? Busch? Clinton? Rockefeller? Rothschild? Do you realize how decimated the Cabal are in every way? They do.
Many Achievements are already in place but simply await being revealed to the Public, such as World-Wide Gold Back Monetary system, NESARA/GESARA governments are already in place and in many cases, we have a complete secondary RUNNING and FUNCTIONING government, like our Republic. In those cases like ours, there is a completely fake old government for the sleepers to see. Laws have changed, governments have changed, monetary systems have already changed, and ALL IS DONE, but not public.... not yet.
EVERYTHING you see on TV and in the news is SHOW... EVERYTHING! There are no countries at war, nor do they want to be. Everyone wants and needs the GCR and GESARA to happen. ANYTHING that looks like there is some battle between countries is ALL SHOW for the public to justify the new governments taking over and "Saving The Day" (hero style) when they are announced. If everything was perfect in the public's eyes, how would we explain that a new government was going to take over? There has to be trouble in the eyes of the public so the new (HERO) government can rescue them with new reforms and no taxes and guaranteed payments etc. So in the "PRESENT," everything that looks bad is "SHOW." PERIOD!
Actually, here in the Present, we only await the right moment to swoop down on the Cabal Faces, pick them all up and cart them off to the VERY WELL BUILT FEMA Camps where they will have plenty of time to think about what they have done. Then the New (Hero) Governments will be revealed, then the GCR ends, and Disclosure begins. Although I don't know the exact order in which these events will happen. They are very near and will happen very close to each other, if not at the same time.
The Time-Line Discernment Technique
So now that we have established the nature of the Past, Present and Future, we are able to apply the Time-Line Discernment Technique. it is just a matter of comparing the new information to these three Time-Frames to see if they match. If they do match, the information "could" be true, if they do NOT match, the information is FALSE. Simple as that. Let's test a few items just to see how it works, shall we?
The FIRST thing we want to do is determine the "Time-Frame" that the intel pertains to, Past, Present, or Future. Once we figure that out, then we match that intel/information to our base Time-Line Information.

First step is we figure out what time this intel relates to and we can see it is FUTURE. Then we compare it to our Future information above to see if it Matches it or not.
We know that in the Future, all is well and all currencies are ALL Gold Backed. Frankly we know that even in the Present all currencies are already Gold Backed but just not public yet. So this report is Pure Crap. The USN is NOT a debt instrument, not now and not in the future, and thus this report is a LIE. Fake Problems
The lesson here is that any "Problem" that you hear about is either a Fake Problem created by the Good guys to bring in the new Governments, or a Fake problem created by the Bad guys to instill fear in you. The difference between the two is the Good guys are showing fake war conflicts and political conflicts to bring in new Governments, while the bad guys are showing fake Alien invasions, chemical attacks, or fake realities, or no GCR and the like to scare you and lower your energy.

Discernment
I will just give you some reasoning skills here to help you use your Discernment.
If someone is talking about the past and naming all kinds of horrible things that the Cabal want to do, it is most likely true. However, if they say that it is now in the present, or in the future, that is FALSE. Some of the fear mongering tricks involve showing very real documents about what the Cabal plans (Were), to do, but while the documents, from the past, are real, their ability to follow through on those once very real plans, is long over. Impossible, in fact.
In short, all Cabal plans no matter what they are or were, is all in the past. They have no plans now nor do they have any plans in the future. They may be able to try a computer attack, but they would be shot on the spot, and the event would still proceed anyway. The Cabal who have any plans, are being shot on the spot, as that is in their energy fields. Any Cabal who are not planning anything, will most likely live, and any who are planning anything "in their minds" are already energetically marked for removal in the quickest manner possible.
As far as the Future goes, the energy on the Earth will be different and bad acts will hardly be possible much less carried out. It is like a fresh water fish being put in salt water, it can only survive for minutes. The energy will literally prevent any bad things of consequence from happening.
The quick answer is anything in the past could have been bad. EVERYTHING relating to the Present is DONE, and waiting announcement. And EVERYTHING is the Future is amazing and wonderful. Compare whatever you hear to this and you will know the truth, very easily.

It is time to be Frank with you. I am naming names and calling people out. Enough is enough. Those who report Cabal Agendas are as guilty as those who create them.
