Purpleskyz, thank you for taking this story 'next door', and I WILL keep you informed as to how the storm is progressing, UNTIL the power goes out, as there is about 4 hours of battery power available on this laptop- My wife went to a shelter about 2 miles away, but I will remain here, because of the possible looting that goes on frequently in these small places- There are quite a few residents here that are going to ride it out, like myself, and we are in agreement to help each other if help is needed- AND, we ARE 'packing'- {Arms, that is}-I will let you know what's happening as I can!
