Seismic event indicators say Earth has entered the second earth change uptick period for the 2017 Earth orbit cycle relative to the Black Star positioned in the Libra Constellation relative to the Sun. The Black Star location is between Jupiter and Saturn relative to the Sun near Mars orbit path already transitioning into the daytime sky. Year-over-year weekly seismic event values show that Earth is following the seismic pattern from 2015 with an increased number of 5-magnitude earthquake events, as Earth core is heating up from the shortening Black Star/Earth magnetic portal connection. Almost 400 of the 2.5 to 4-magnitude earthquake events is more than 150 events above the average for Week 31 representing what can be an ominous sign of what is on the horizon for the weeks to come. Earth has seen more than 850 of the 2.5 to 4-mag indicator quake events over the last two-week period representing the highest two-week event value since the Project Black Star Investigation began in January 2011. The 7.1 Raboso, Mexico earthquake event (USGS + CNN story) striking on Tuesday will appear in the Seismic Chart for Week 32, as the reporting period for this week ended on Saturday night at midnight. This is the second large-magnitude quake event (8.1 from September 8) to strike in our Watch Area extending from the northern region of South America through Central America into Mexico along deep magma plume arm #2. The earth change activity uptick is caused by the deep earthquakes on the Fiji side of the Indonesia/Fiji Origination Zone adding energy to the deep magma plume formation where buoyancy barrier corridors and the formation terminal end are being tested. Deep magma plume horn formations rise suddenly to displace magma supporting Earth crust causing new volcanic eruption events reported over the last month and then the large-magnitude quake events associated with the shifting tectonic plate activity at the surface.
