On Friday, from 3 different bankers, I saw documents that banks got saying currencies will be revaluing in soon. The bankers are pumped up. We do need the announcement of the National Conference. I really do think this will go down this week. I believe all ministers are seated, they just have to be announced. It has to be posted in the gazette for 24 hours, it is in their constitution and then they can revalue sometime after 24 hours. Maliki was at the UN for about 37 - 45 minutes. Chapter 7 is done. I have heard nothing about it being a float. I think it will be about $3 but heard it could be as low as $.50, but I don't believe it. I was told that the dong would not be any lower than $.33, I still think in the high teens. I think there is a good chance for the RV from the 26th - 1st. I think we are at the brink of this.
