The United States government and the other governments of the World Bank and IMF's membership are illegitimate. As the lawyer for the world's assets, I represent the people of the United States and the rest of the world's peoples on the Board of Governors of the World Bank and IMF during this interregnum. This segment describes how the world's peoples work together to clean up the corruption in the world's money system. I get to serve as a kind of "ringmaster" for the transition. Why? Because I am the Overseer Mandate Trustee of the Global Debt Facility. These are fancy words. I am just following up for the two main heroes who planned the clean-up of corruption, José Rizal and Ferdinand Marcos. They put the world's wealth in a trust for the world's people at the end of WWII and established the World Bank and International Monetary Fund.
