As most folks know, foundations and other organizations have multiple sources of income to support their endeavours, yet Jerzy only focuses on one continuous single point of failure.
A single point of failure is undesirable in any business practice that will stop the entire system from working. That's something every professional knows and seeks to prevent.
As hard as Jerzy claims to be working, failure to realize the amount of wasted time towards getting funding from a single source shows how ineffective his time management skills are.
With all the different kinds of Projects that Jerzy claims to have, multiple sources of revenue from interested groups are what is needed. Do those projects have any merit within those groups to gain support?
When a self appointed Director fails to embrace solutions, the whole business model will only lead to failure after failure. Jerzy has quite a record of failures due to his inabilities.
Jerzy needs to step aside and let the professionals handle things. Maybe he can get on board of one of those projects so that he can acquire the skillset necessary before he tries to go off on his own.

Do you see any mainstream news outlet with a feature story on what this Foundation's objectives are? Does an email posted by Hobie really do anything other than support Jerzy, personally?
