In Texas this week a glowing disk was seen appearing and disappearing over and over in the sky. You can see that this is not the sun, which is probably in the distance outside the range of the camera lens. This UFO is heading out over the ocean, which covers 75% of the earths surface. It must be heading to an underwater base.

Teardrop/Meteor shape but hovering, slightly descending; appeared/disappeared materialized/dematerialized.
