UFOs are frequently seen near the chem trails of jets around the globe. They are sometimes seen flying in and out of the trail itself, taking samples, running statistics and analysis, to help predict future events. What global events? Aliens have AI which can make future predictions with a very low failure rate. These predictions could be anything from how far are we to the next level of aircraft, to how far we are from global extinction due to pollution.

Planes were making chem-trails. I took some photos. I did not see the object until reviewing my photos 2 days later.
