This reflects the big change in global power which will be reflected in the new banking system IMHO. Cruiser makes an important point that goes beyond intel and news articles. Power depends on fear. When the people in nations get desperate they rebel in the streets. They become like a cornered animal that has lost all options. They FIGHT in large numbers. Europe is hitting that point now. Powerful People USUALLY know when it is time to back off and that is what keeps them in power. If they ignore that they become like the king of France who got his head handed to him on a platter. The old structure no longer is SUSTAINABLE in the modern world. All fiat currency systems collapse. It is only a matter of the when. Without the new global currency system the gap between the rich and the poor will grow wider. Think feudal ages. The middle east is a tinderbox now. Look at how many speeches at the UN dealt with Israel and Iran. We DO have the Medieval world and the Modern world in a clash. This is key moment in world history.
