To understand the dynamics of algorithm and AI is a difficult task, especially when the interaction between the two is not understood. The AI has the ability to learn on its own thanks to the algorithm. So what does this mean to us, the human population? It means that AI will at some point take over ALL control of planetary decision making. Its just a matter of when, as its all in place...
