After being taken in by British fraudsters for 150 years I don't think I can make an argument for American intelligence overall.    


I can make an argument for American honesty --- honesty that couldn't imagine the depths of depravity, bad faith, selfishness, and greed that our British "Allies" have displayed. 


I can make an argument for the open, trusting nature of Americans. 


I can make an argument for American generosity and bravery.  


But the Devil will take advantage of your virtues just as quick as he will take advantage of your vices, so I guess this is part of the lesson to be learned. 


Anyway, here we are after a hundred and fifty years of being screwed senseless by the Brits and the now-repentant Catholic Church.  


We now know -- for sure -- that our political status records have been deliberately falsified to identify us as British citizens and subjects of the Queen. 


We know that this fraud began in earnest under the treasonous administration of Franklin Delano Roosevelt and that every American baby's political status has been faked since the 1930's. 


This gigantic lie and attempted genocide-on-paper stands as one of the worst crimes in recorded history, a bunko operation of staggering proportions---- one that has adversely impacted the entire world.   


And we still have Americans standing around scratching their butts and arguing about whether or not they have to respond and how they should respond if they do.


Let's see.....your identity has been stolen.  Your credit has been stolen. Your land has been stolen.  You have been mis-identified as a British Citizen.  And you've been left to pay off trillions of dollars of THEIR debt. 


Can I suggest that, yes, you do have to do something about it?  


Otherwise, the rest of the world will assume that you secretly enjoy getting screwed sideways and robbed and left for dead. 


And if you like it, well, hey.... who is to say otherwise? 


I have just been informed that there are arguments raging through the National Assembly groups and even among members of the Michigan General Jural Assembly about doing or not doing the paperwork to reclaim your birthright political status.  


It seems that some people think it's okay for British citizens to take part in American Jural Assemblies.  Some people think its not necessary to declare your political status as an American. 


This, even after the whole situation has been blown open for all to see, even after they have been told --- "Hey, the record says you are a British citizen."


I am here to tell you that it's not okay for Brits to serve on an American Jural Assembly.  


If you find anyone in your Jural Assembly who hasn't recorded their political status, they are to do so immediately, and if they refuse they are to be kicked out without further ceremony.   


I am here to tell you that not only can you get into trouble -- as a British citizen--- for taking part in an American Jural Assembly, but the validity of the actions of  your Assemblies can be tainted and called into question if you allow any such wishy-washy.  


Its time to pledge your lives, your fortunes and your sacred honor--- or stay home and squat as a British tenant on your own land. 


Every single member of your Jural Assembly needs to do the paperwork to reclaim their Good Name and political birthright and if they don't, they have no business being involved.

More Blind Staggers.....

Today, I get a message from a reader asking about this:

Yes, yet more "Blind Staggers" from people who are half-asleep and unaware of the past and unable, therefore, to deal with the present or chart the future. 


Here's my reply to this latest bit of nonsense from "reign of heaven" and Keith Livingway and his Band of Merry Men:  


We have been at peace since 1865 and we already have three Presidential Declarations of Peace guaranteeing our peace.  


The problem has been renegade employees failing to "recognize" us and failing to do their duty, and instead seeking to line their own pockets and trying to rob us of our birthrights ---both material and immaterial birthrights.   


We own the copyright to the name "The United States of America" --- unincorporated version -- under the 1790 Copyright Act. 


Anyone who doesn't know this already and who is suing President Trump for "peace" at this late date obviously doesn't have a clue and needs to be cut short with all their claims and actions.  


I have said it before and I say it again --- Keith Livingway is basing all his claims on false assumptions and information.  He is acting as a pirate stealing from other pirates who came before him and trying to make that into a valid claim to own our country.  


It's complete utter whackjob insanity and against the actual law on every continent.  The Maxim of Law is--- "Possession of property by pirates does not change ownership." 


The name "The United States of America" as it applies to any entity public or private, incorporated or unincorporated, belongs to us and has belonged to us since September 9, 1776 and no amount of commercial fraud, infringement, or deceit can change that. 


Run like an antelope away from anything to do with Keith Livingway and his groupees.  They may or may not have good intentions,  but they don't know the history and don't have a leg to stand on either lawfully or legally.  


And given the crazy things they have alleged and done in the past, and the fact that they are trying to "out-pirate pirates" it is not beyond the realm of possible that they will get themselves and their followers in real trouble.  


Piracy done in ignorance is still piracy, after all, and infringement against the copyright of a sovereign government is infringement of a very, very serious kind.  If you can get a $250,000 fine for copying a movie, imagine what can happen when you infringe on the copyrighted name of a sovereign nation?  


Red flag, folks.  And yes, these are the same numbnutz play actors who issued a "warrant" for my arrest and made up all sorts of bogus claims about me.  This should indicate again how irresponsible and basically out of touch they are.  


Anyone who wants to know about the three (3) Presidential Declarations of Peace with respect to the land and soil jurisdiction States and the People of this country, they are fully detailed with dates and references in our book, "You Know Something is Wrong When.....an American Affidavit of Probable Cause" ---- along with a lot of other useful information.  


When I was in college there were a lot of weird religious cults making the rounds.  Remember Reverend Moon?  And Eckankar?  And the Church of Slack?  Without an exception, the kids who were susceptible to this nonsense were the ones who didn't know their own scriptures or didn't know anything (or bother to find out) about the scriptures of others. 


It's the same thing with this situation now. 


We have all these gurus who know part of the story, like Hartford Van Dyke, who knows all about Federal Code, and we have all those with "deeply held beliefs" ---- like Keith Livingway---- who are simply ignorant of law and history and wrong. 


These people who have only part of the story or only their own "beliefs" to go on, are dangerous no matter what their intentions are, because they mislead others and get people to do things that are in fact harmful. 


This whole situation is outrageous enough all on its own.  We don't need to embellish it with any fantasy claims like Keith or add to the confusion by focusing on foreign governments and their affairs.  And we don't need any more good people going to jail because they followed Pied Pipers. 


Nobody who has followed my advice has gotten in trouble because of it. 


The Colorado Nine trespassed against the Federales in spite of my most earnest appeals and efforts to warn them.  


Destry Payne talked to me for months and had every opportunity to do his paperwork --- and didn't. 


People --- even my friends --- make wrong choices, don't do their homework, get confused, and suffer when they follow bad leaders. It doesn't matter if the Pied Piper is a Federal Agent or an ignorant Patriot. Either one is just as bad, and just as much to be avoided.

There Isn't "A" Republic. Period.

What Do I Want?

I wish for the return of all our assets, all our property, and for all our records to be corrected to reflect our actual political status.


I wish for every American to be told the truth and given a choice whether they want to live as Americans or as Brits and I want their choice to be honored. Once that decision is made, I wish for an absolute, complete, and utter end of all further British attempts to interfere with, control, undermine, or secure any unjust enrichment from America ever again. 


I wish for the Roman Catholic Church to reform itself voluntarily and repent from what it has done in this country and repent the Breach of Trust it has committed against Americans for almost two centuries. 


I wish to see the Roman Catholic Church get back to being a Church and actually providing unselfish service to humanity instead of allowing criminals and moral reprobates to profit themselves while using the Church as a store front for their unsavory activities. 


I wish for the return of all our intellectual property that has been purloined by both the British Government and the Roman Catholic Church, including our copyrights and patents and trademarks and certificates and all stocks and bonds and contracts related to us, back to our control. 


I wish for an apology to and a release of all of the American prisoners who have been jailed and railroaded and incarcerated and prosecuted under false premises and contrived, deliberately false legal presumptions.  I especially wish for the speedy release of all political prisoners and all those accused of victimless white collar crimes and "thought" crimes. 


I wish for all my employees whether British citizens or Americans to remember that they are in fact employees owing me good faith service at all times and in all respects. I wish them to remember that fact with regard to the service they owe to all other Americans as well.  


I wish for all middlemen including bankers and politicians and attorneys who have betrayed and plundered the National Trust of the American People to voluntarily vacate their positions.  Those who have acted in ignorance, I wish them to be re-educated and re-assimilated. Those who are unrepentant criminals need to be prosecuted. 


I wish for all quasi-military positions including the "U.S. Attorney General" to be redirected to assist us in reclaiming and restoring our rightful government or otherwise be removed from our shores. 


I wish for a complete financial audit of all budgets, of all Comprehensive Annual Financial Reports, of all associated Annual Reports, of all Public Trusts, of all Public Pension Funds, of all internally and externally Managed Accounts so as to validate the current status of this country's actual wealth and debt position and to expedite prosecution of those responsible for the massive embezzlement that has occurred here. 


I wish for the nullification of all the bogus "MASTER FORM LINE OF CREDIT DEEDS OF TRUST" taken out by Wells Fargo, Bank of America, and other banks against American land assets, in which they pretend to have an interest in our land in exchange for their digits entered in a ledger ---- and the end of all such claims and practices resulting in Odious Debt. 


I wish for the recognition and release of all Odious Debt worldwide. 


I wish for the return of all American Historic Trust funds and their repatriation to our people and our Sovereign States, which are all trusts which have been commandeered by these dishonest banks, purloined and held under various false and weak-minded excuses including purported "money laundering" related to funds that haven't seen a single transaction in a hundred years --- and an end to all the vacuous criminality on display at the World Bank, IBRD, BIS, IMF, etc.


I wish for the return of all our assets which are naturally and reasonably ours and their return to our control without any further obfuscation or argument, and those assets are to include all American gold confiscated under color of law by the Franklin Delano Roosevelt Administration and other assets of ours currently held in the so-called Global Debt Facility. 


I wish for the return of our portion of those "Life Force Value Annuities" awarded as credit and received under known conditions of fraud by Prince Philip as part of the settlement of the bankruptcy of CANADA. 


I wish for our portion of the Economic Security Fund and of the Exchange Stabilization Fund to be returned to us. 


I wish for the dissolution of all "titles" and land trusts being held with respect to any portion of our land and soil and the return of these parcels free and clear to the people and to the sovereign States they rightfully belong to. 


I wish for the liquidation of all corporations which have been operated as crime syndicates. 


I wish for restitution for all the bogus foreclosures and asset confiscations that have been carried out against private property belonging to Americans under color of law, such restitution to include treble damages, return of the property seized whenever possible, all time lost, all court expenses, and a million dollars penalty for each instance to make up for grief, suffering, and unconscionable assault to the extent possible --- all directly payable to the living people who are the actual victims of these crimes.  


I wish for the rapid reform of all of the Law Schools and the Universities and the Medical Schools in receipt of public funds, grants, or aid of any kind to teach the actual Public Law of this country and to honor it in thought, word, and deed ---- or tenure be damned. 


I wish for the orderly reform and auditing of all public utility corporations and cooperatives and particularly the liquidation of the North American Water and Power Alliance, all so-called Water and Soil Districts, all other attempts to seize upon and mismanage public assets for private gain and an end to ruthless oppressive racketeering against the people to whom all these resources actually belong.


I wish for an auditing of all public employee pension funds and so called "pension associations" which have been used as slush funds for predatory investment activities throughout the United States and which are subject to seizure and restructuring. 


I wish that this should be done with no harm to any public employee, retired or currently working. 


I wish for the political parties and their "elections" to be fully disclosed for what they are and no longer deliberately confused with public elections. 


I wish for an end of criminality including an end to all attempts seeking to justify adhesion contracts. 


I wish for full and official recognition of the Operation of Law and the return of our Delegated Powers to our sovereign States and People. 


I wish for the cessation of all attempts to form commercial corporations named after "the United States" or any form of "United States of America" or any "Republic" so as to attempt another round of the same old fraud. 


I wish for every country on Earth, including Scotland, England, and France to cease and desist all infringement against our copyrights and our Good Name and I do hold these governments accountable for all their wrong-doing in this regard both past and present. 


I wish for the "United Nations" Corporation and the United Nations Organization and all related franchises and officials to cease and desist all effort to claim hegemony against our rightful national government based on the actions of the Territorial United States Congress or the Municipal United States Congress at any time now or in the past. We did not vacate our states nor did we grant any power or authority related to our state offices to the United Nations. 


I wish for the worldwide recognition of the fact that these pikers have been trading upon assets that they have controlled by piracy and fraud, to the extent that they have possessed or controlled them at all, and have been secretively, unconscionably profiting themselves by borrowing money and credit against assets that do not now and never have belonged to them.  This is known as "Odious Debt" and I wish for all of it to be discharged and all the property and assets that have been conscripted and/or pirated to be returned to the living people and sovereign States they belong to without further obfuscation or delay.  


I wish for the "U.S." military services to be forthrightly and immediately converted to the "American" military services,  and for anyone who disagrees with that change to be released from any further obligation to serve in any branch of service.  Any such person who feels that their allegiance to the "U.S." is greater than their allegiance to America, is welcome be discharged whether officer or NCO, whether vested in the military retirement system or not, without dishonor and without penalty.  Anyone who stays under false pretenses and who expresses any actual and material disloyalty to America after being granted the opportunity to leave our service, I wish all such persons to be subject to court martial and immediate involuntary discharge. 


I wish for all military, agency, and so-called "counter intelligence" and controlled opposition operations addressed against the American people and our sovereign States by our employees to end now and never resume.  If this requires the wholesale disbanding and liquidation of the FBI, CIA, DIA, FEMA, BATF, DOJ, and other unauthorized agencies that is just fine and in line with my wish that the government in all respects be subject to the people of this country and not allowed to run amok foisting off public policies and agency regulations as Public Law. 


I wish for all the leaders worldwide who are responsible for this stinking Mess to have a "Come to Jesus" moment regardless of what their religion is and realize that the bulk of the misery that billions of innocent people have suffered is all unnecessary and is more or less directly attributable to their own dishonesty and/or incompetence. 


I wish for all those world leaders and politicians who can't stand the heat or grasp the fundamentals of the situation we are all facing --- Americans and everyone else, too --- to step down.  Leave.  Admit that you are either a skunk or an incompetent or both, and go.  Leave the space open for people who do know what it going on and who do care for their countries and for the world and who will at least try to do the right thing for everyone concerned instead of dithering and snarking and standing around looking like a combination of guilty-stupid-and-helpless. 


I wish for an end to ignorance about our government, how it was formed, why it was formed, how it is structured and how it is supposed to work.  For that I wish a vast national education effort to be made to teach actual American History instead of distorted pablum.  Our government requires an intelligent and well-educated electorate operating at top speed and dealing with a full deck of verifiable facts and I wish to see that result enabled as quickly as possible.   


I wish for all the media corporations foreign and domestic to be compelled to obey our Public Law and respect our right to Free Speech.  Any media corporation that wants to come to America and trash Americans using American airwaves to do it needs to be taxed out of business on our shores and I wish it to be so, sooner than later. 


I wish for all "National" Football League owners and members and players to remember what "nation" they are part of and stop disrespecting the American flag and I wish for any player using our stadiums to be given the option of playing or not. 


I wish for the deplorable role of the Democratic Party and of political parties in general in debasing, misleading, preying upon, and betraying the interests of the American People to be fully recognized and I wish for their strict regulation along with all other lobbyists --- because that's what political parties are: organized lobbies. 


I wish for all of this to be done as quickly, as peacefully, and with as much honesty as possible, with respect and compassion and the benefit of a doubt extended, without any emphasis on blame, and instead with an emphasis on making correction and re-building this country and this world into a far better place for everyone to live. 


I wish for everyone to be provided with the actual facts and for everyone to work with one accord to clean up this Mess.  


That's what I wish for, so everyone can stop asking.

"Government" Sponsored Terrorism Revealed

This is an oldie, but goodie, a final gift from a good man who spent three decades in the FBI back when the FBI was worth spitting on. 


Read it with the realization that what he was reporting on back in 2011 has continued.  


This whole situation came to our attention shortly after Ted Gunderson gave his testimony (below), but of course, we knew that the "government" involved in this harassment and racketeering wasn't actually a government at all. 


Once you understand that what we are witnessing is "color of law" operations by commercial mercenaries disguised as government agencies, it all makes sense.


The FBI isn't part of our government.  It's a private, for-profit subcontractor of the Municipal United States, operated by a Holding Company calling itself THE GOVERNMENT OF THE UNITED STATES, which also runs the BLM.  


These are all private subcontractors of the  Municipal United States Government swaggering around and "assuming" that they have authority to exercise the powers of our actual government---when they don't. 


Think: glorified Mall Cops, mercenaries, private security forces under the command of unaccountable foreign corporations operating on our shores without our knowledge or consent, racketeering, harassing, collecting protection money under force, illegally confiscating private property, thieving, pillaging --- all under color of law and for profit, right here in America --- while you are paying billions for "defense" and police forces that are supposed to protect you.  


If this scares you and outrages you, it should. 


Why do you think we took action and issued the General Civil Orders to the Joint Chiefs back in 2013?  Alerting them to the problem and ordering them to clamp down on these yahoos?  


That's called "denying the Joint Chiefs plausible deniability" and that is what is called for in this situation.  Every member of Congress, every General, every senior Bureaucrat---- all need to be hounded and informed --- on the record, officially, provably, until their ears bleed.   


The men in the field need to know that they have no legitimate "government" authority. They need to know that they don't have a real office, oath of office, or government bond behind them.  And all these politicians and "agencies" need to know that we are wise to it. Fed up with it. 


Those men who killed LaVoy Finicum?  


They are literally hired foreign mercenaries.  The vermin are ambushing and murdering their own actual employers and getting applause for it from other idiots who think these criminals represent the forces of Law and Order. 


And all of this is being done under "color of law".

Based on my investigative work, which includes intelligence from sources such as active and former members of the Intelligence Services (including the F.B.I., the C.I.A., the N.S.A. and Military Intelligence), information from informants active in criminal enterprises, and, victim testimonies, l have come to the conclusion that thousands of victims have been targeted by an illegal government rogue criminal enterprise that is active 24 hours a day within the U.S. This conspiracy is far too active to be controlled or operated by private enterprise whose goals are achieving financial gain. These operations require extensive financing with no return on the investment. I firmly believe that most individuals working in the F.B.I., other intelligence agencies, and the government overall are honest, law-abiding public servants. However, a sophisticated network of rogue operatives has secretly infiltrated the F.B.I., other intelligence agencies including the CIA., and other key government positions. This rogue element seeks personal power and wealth and considers themselves above the law and the Constitution.
They are carrying out the aforementioned surveillance and harassment activities in conjunction with organized crime, the cult movement in America including Satanic cults, other commercial and political interests, and even misguided civic organizations and neighborhood groups.
This illegal surveillance and harassment program is being called gang stalking and organized stalking by the victims targeted by it. The Victims are targeted for a variety of reasons, including government and corporate whistleblowers, parties to financial and employment disputes, parties to marital disputes (usually divorced women), and even jilted paramours. Journalists, covering controversial issues, and, even attorneys and private investigators representing unpopular clients or interests, have been targeted by this program.
Individuals targeted by this program have been subjected to illegal and unconstitutional phone taps, illegal re-routing of business and private phone calls for purposes of harassment, illegal audio "bugging", surreptitious entry into home, office, and vehicle, visual surveillance in the home conducted by illegal placement of miniature remote, wireless cameras (often accessible via internet), illegal internet spyware, illegal GPS tracking (often through their own  mobile phones), regular fixed and mobile surveillance, mail misdirection, mail theft and tampering, financial and employment sabotage, slander campaigns and community ostracizing , internet disinformation and smear campaigns, poisoning, assaults and murder, illegal set-ups on drug charges and other felony charges, amongst many other civil rights abuses.
In addition  to high-ranking members of the F.B.I., other intelligence services, and the government overall, wealthy, powerful members of criminal syndicates, multi-millionaires and the corporate elite are using the government gang stalking program to harass enemies. They can get a targeted individual harassed for the rest of that individual life (individual cases of gang stalking lasting for over a decade are common), The higher status members of the gang stalking conspiracy initiate the gang stalking and coordinate logistics and funding. Lower echelon government rogue operatives, lower ranking members of the military (in violation of Posse Comitatus), petty criminals and street thugs perform the actual grunt work of daily monitoring and harassment of individuals targeted by the program.
Based on my professional experience, extensive intelligence  information and belief, It is my professional opinion that the F.B.I. is involved in and, has investigative files on the subject of gang stalking, related gang stalking methods, and gang stalking groups in the F.B.I.'s vast intelligence files, that are responsive to Mr. Labella's F.O.I.A. Complaint.  
Furthermore, I have personally referred numerous victims of gang stalking to the appropriate agents at the F.B.I. for investigation of their cases. I have also furnished the F.B.I. with documentation of an active, international child-kidnapping ring probably operated by rogue C.I.A. agents. The FBI has ignored my requests to investigate even though it is their responsibility to investigate kidnappings. I have a contact in Germany who advises me that the C.I.A. has set up secret operations on U.S. military bases for the kidnapping, sale and tracking of children worldwide.
The F.B.I. may be using a unique codename and nomenclature for the gang-stalking phenomenon in its records. The F.B.I. and other intelligence agencies are administering and covering up the rogue, covert, government criminal enterprise of gang stalking.
The gang stalking phenomenon appears in the records of both the F,B.I. and the N.S.A. in their records pertaining to the Echelon Program, Carnivore System, and Tempest Systems. In addition, the gang stalking phenomenon appears in the records of both the F.B.I. and the N.S.A. in their records pertaining to information collected by Narus systems. Narus is a wholly owned subsidiary of defense contractor Boeing that produces sophisticated, mass surveillance computer systems currently being used by both the F.B.I. and the N.S.A.
