"Kindness can become its own motive. We are made kind by being kind." Eric Hoffer
I have a hard time consolidating the idea that we can directly influence peoples life course through our words.
We cannot reason peace.
Those who are inspired to make the changes to embrace a wider definition of their world are likely preassembled in their motivations - they simply needed guidance as to how to get to that point they felt they needed to travel. The seed was already planted - nothing we said or did inspired it to manifest.
I do believe that through witnessing our own impeccability, others can be inspired to see a greater description of the world - but the act of impeccability is one of supreme humility and patience and understanding. The causal forces of the world are easily understood and when one can achieve a greater control over their own thoughts, emotions and actions and fears, not to be derailed by any malignant abuse - no matter how sever - they are free from ignorance. This is true inner-peace.
The impeccable warrior is always centred - this isn't an easily achievable state of being. One simply cannot declare that they are at peace with the world.
I hear so often that all one needs to be to achieve enlightenment is to proclaim that they are the Master.
A proclamation is an idea - not an action, not a transformation. I can bring about the inspiration towards change and transformation, but itself isn't a transmutable force to elevate oneself towards the state of glory.
We must live free from our arrogance and self-importance. All are equal under the canopy of Heaven - we all have lessons to learn and lessons to teach.
As long as we see every moment as being a graceful moment of learning - we will continue to live a joy-filled life.
If the devil is in the details, let him worry about them - we must simply live -- the caveat, we must live mindfully.
