Just shocks me at how stupid people are these days. They say for donations and they do not have a nonprofit or an entity that is allowed to take donations. Then they wonder why the gov, state or others get pissed off. If you are going to ask for donations might I suggest doing the bit of paperwork and get yourself a nonprofit, super easy and then you can spend the donations however you like!
