In ten states – Colorado, Montana, Oregon, Washington, Wyoming, Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Massachusetts and Alabama – will be resisting DC Federal Government, with approving ballot initiatives that would nullify unconstitutional federal acts or federal authority all together due to public grievances of 'the people'.
If more than 50% of all the states in the United State will consider to be part of these, the Federal government will have to be overhaul according to the states or reestablish.
Definitions:
The Tenth Amendment (Amendment X: ratified on December 15, 1791) to the United States Constitution....
"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."
- In other words, that unless the Constitution specifically gave a power to the federal government or denied it to the states, then it was reserved for the states.
