You are still in the twilight hours waiting for the next signal, the next box, to hit the ground, the next boot to fall away as the last load of essentials are being loaded into the proper containers and head for the markets.

The artillery and the intentions are aligned and the makers of promises have been suppressed. There is a new system on board and a new wave of intentions to set aside the blow by blow issues and take matters into hand. That is how it is shaping up.

The makers of loans and notes and deals are all just as ready for the final drop as you are..

The makers of these large bequests have chosen to allow them to go though as much as they can. Some won’t like that but others will be grateful.

GOING THE EXTRA MILE

A man was asked to paint a boat. He brought his paint and brushes and began to paint the boat a bright red, as the owner asked him.
While painting, he noticed a small hole in the hull, and quietly repaired it.
When he finished painting, he received his money and left.

“They did not know that there was a hole. I was not at home at that time.

“Imagine my relief and joy when I saw them returning from fishing.
“Then, I examined the boat and found that you had repaired the hole!
“You see, now, what you did? You saved the life of my children! I do not have enough money to pay your 'small' good deed.”
So no matter who, when or how, continue to help, sustain, wipe tears, listen attentively, and carefully repair all the 'leaks' you find. You never know when one is in need of us, or when God holds a pleasant surprise for us to be helpful and important to someone.
Along the way, you may have repaired numerous 'boat holes' for several people without realizing how many lives you've saved.

IT WAS A SEE-SAW ON A MERRY-GO-ROUND WITH THE EMOTIONAL FACULTY OF A TOOTHPICK AND THERE WAS NOTHING WE COULD DO ABOUT IT EXCEPT TO WEATHER THE DELAYS BY BANKERS, REGULATORS, AND THE ODD CLEANING WOMAN THAT CAUGHT THE FLU AND PLACED THE INSTITUTION ON QUARANTINE LOCKDOWN FOR A COUPLE OF HOURS - WHICH WAS LONG ENOUGH FOR BANKERS TO HIDE IN THEIR HOMES FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS.

THE FAMOUS FLYING PURPLE PIGS TRIED THEIR BEST TO BLOW UP THE LOG JAM, AND FINALLY WERE SUCCESSFUL. PERSONALLY I THINK IT WAS THE AWE INSPIRING SPECTACLE OF PIGS WITH POTATO GUNS MYSELF, BUT I COULD BE WRONG. THE BANKERS AND REGULATORS FINISHED THE WORK AND COMPLIANCE WAS COMPLETED.




SO NOW WHAT?

NOW WE GET TO WORK. WE WILL BEGIN SMALL AND SLOW AND RAMP UP. IT WILL TAKE A BIT TO GET THE INFRASTRUCTURE IN, AND GET STAFFED AND OPERATIONAL. THE PLAN IS IN PLACE, THE LOGISTICS ARE WORKED OUT, AND DEPLOYMENT IS WELL STRUCTURED. THE MISSING ELEMENTS TO THIS MATRIX WILL BE PUT IN PLACE AS TIME GOES BY.

DID YOU KNOW?

As we wait for a GCR, do we really know what a “Currency Revaluation” entails? A revaluation is a calculated upward adjustment to a country's official exchange rate relative to a chosen baseline, such as wage rates, the price of gold, or a foreign currency. Revaluations can occur on a regular basis, marked by the observable fluctuations in the foreign currency market and the exchange rates.

In a fixed exchange rate regime, only a decision by a country's government, such as its central bank, can alter the official value of the currency. A central bank is the term used to describe the authority responsible for policies that affect a country’s supply of money and credit. More specifically, a central bank uses its tools of monetary policy, open market operations, discount window lending, and changes in reserve requirements, to affect short-term interest rates and the monetary base (currency held by the public plus bank reserves).
Now there are over 260 central or reserve banks globally. Each central bank plays its unique role in monetary policy for its parent nation in determining their currency values and or production. Each nation faces their own particular circumstances that effect their monetary policies or give cause for their central bank to act on a revaluation.

As an example, let's say a government has set 10 units of its currency equal to $1 in U.S. currency. To revalue, the government might change the rate to five units per dollar. This results in its currency being twice as expensive when compared to U.S. dollars as it was previously. Before the Chinese government revalued the yuan, it was pegged to the U.S. dollar. After revaluation, it was pegged to a basket of world currencies.

Revaluations affect not just the currency being examined but can also affect the valuation of assets held by foreign companies in that particular currency. Since a revaluation has the potential to change the exchange rate between two countries and their respective currencies, the book values of foreign-held assets may have to be adjusted to reflect the impact of the change in the exchange rate.

If the above mentioned currency revaluation occurred, any assets held by a U.S. company in the foreign economy need to be revalued. If the asset, held in foreign currency, was previously valued at $100,000 based on the old exchange rate, the revaluation would require its value to be changed to $200,000. This change reflects the new value of the foreign asset, in the home currency, by adjusting for the revaluation of the currency involved.

So as we ponder a GCR think of over 260 central banks, their own set of unique circumstances and particular monetary policies. The foreign assets held by each country that will be effected by a revaluation. Then have to coordinate all of them to agree and commit to a common baseline (ie: gold or other agreed upon assets) and work within a mutual i.t. system (QFS) to control and smooth out the flow of international values and fund movement. Talk about herding cats.

The U.S. and all affiliated with the U.S. dollar are blessed with the Fed oversight that pretty much covers the planet as of now. The Fed's Board is an independent agency of the federal government. But its decisions don't have to be approved by the president, legislators, or any elected official. Think about that.

Equally as important, the Fed does not receive its funding from Congress. Instead, its funds come from its investments. It receives interest from U.S. Treasury notes it acquired as part of open market operations (that ultimately are held as foreign assets by participating nations). It receives interest on its foreign currency investments. Its banks receive fees for services provided to commercial banks. These include check clearing, funds transfers, and automated clearinghouse operations. The Fed also receives interest on loans it makes to its member banks. The Fed uses these funds to pay its bills, then turns any "profit" over to the U.S. Treasury Department. At least that it is what we are lead to believe.

Collectively, central banks purchase less than 500 tons of gold each year, on average (out of an annual global production of 2,500-3,000 tons per year). In 2018, central banks collectively hold over 33,000 metric tons of the gold, (supposedly about a fifth of all the gold ever mined or at least mined gold that has been valued into the global economic systems) Gold that has not had a value placed on it (IE: hallmarked or placed in the global economic systems), is not known therefor, no record of it.

When you put all of this together why is it such a surprise we have constant delays? And the revaluing component is only one factor for this event to occur. Then you get into politics, military postures, humanitarian efforts and dozens of other components that require massive coordination.

Frustrations grow based on the individual desperations of those involved but the reality is we must let these the process play out for it to be successful. This is why I attempt to educate and preach to those involved, to move on with your life and look at this as a supplement to your diet not your diet. If you reached appoint where you feel this is your only salvation you have put too much store in this and it will adversely affect how you otherwise would have reacted to daily life events.

Everything is going well. When you hear “it is done” that only means that one particular component is done but does not mean that all involved are done with their respective obligations. The U.S Treasury is good to go but China had a hick-up or most banks are done implementing the QFS but not all banks and tiers of banks are done or funds have been positioned and moved to paymaster accounts but is not released. And so on and so on. One thing at a time. In the meantime move on with life you don’t want to let it pass you by while waiting.
