Let's remind Judge Pitman of Dave teaming up with fraudsters claiming to have inside info to dupe the gullible into buying foreign currency. He then came up with a plan to relieve his followers of their currency purchases by sending it to him with the promise of a super secret NDA signed for special group cash in! I wonder if any of the many that fell for this scam have demanded that their funds be returned in light of these investigations? Oops! To late! Dave's bank accounts are frozen!

Robert has included the immunity he thinks he might have in the appeal case, so I imagine he has done the same in the SEC case.

I gotta say I am truly shocked at the decisions that Dave's making in these matters. It used to seem that he could navigate close to the line but not so far over that he made such crucial errors as he is now making with his defense on these SEC proceedings. It is almost like he wants to spend some time getting to know Prison Mike in the showers.

Predictions of GoFundMe's and donation panhandling will soon commence with these 3 stooges. I wonder if he still has all the VND he got the suckers to send him still handy? Maybe he could cash that in for the USD amount and that will keep Dave's internet going, food and alcohol supply stable? Don't forget Booby Dunlap and Booby Bowdler got a lil mouth to feed too!

If I was Nicole I would drop Robert like a hot rock and turn states evidence on him so fast his head would spin! Her spirit guides must really suck to not have seen this coming and warn her to what everyone else could plainly see. And to have a kid knowing you would possibly be seeing the inside of a government time out facility was not such a good move either. I am still puzzled why Booby Dunlap was never arrested. I mean jeez he was putting out newsletters, still taking orders, and let's not forget that live investor meeting he held.He seems like a bigger problem than Dave at this point!
