Dave Schmidt (Meta 1 Coin Scam) - Can This Dinar "RV" Guru Get Released From Jail?

Dave can actually work to get himself released, if he desires.

All he has to do is comply with the courts orders which includes:

Give an accounting. Dave claimed he never received a dime. He can easily show that he never received anything, if true.

Follow the order in regards to Meta 1 content. A couple of mouse clicks and it's done.

Explain his no show. His being ignorant should work here. He has enough videos to prove that.

Show cause for contempt. His being ignorant should also work here.

Explain his reason for continuing, despite being served notice. Ignorance again works.

If the court buys into his ignorance, they can give Dave conditions for his release, if there is nothing else pending, or in the works, and the SEC wont raise any objections.

Dave can certainly hold out, and stare at the bars, as they bring his teammates in to join him.

The notion he received no compensation is insane and no judge will buy it. He promoted this scam literally daily. Dave is a greedy scammer. He does nothing for free and the judge knows it. The question is how much was he paid and how was the money hidden?

Dave has left a trail of places (workshops, cruises, foreign travel) that he can show every dime was from his accounts, and nothing was paid for from Meta 1.

Dave can't be that afraid of having his business, and personal accounts, audited. The tax people already do that on a regular basis, and in certain cases.

Dave should know that there's a paper, and digital trail, that can be followed up on.

And they have posted pictures of the head count for the attendance at his workshops to back him up.

My guess is he got cash or money funneled offshore. Regardless, he was making money from Meta 1. Hopefully they figure out how. It would not surprise me if Dave had a pile of cash in his Boca Raton apartment or in lockboxes as Whitey Bulger did.

I wonder what Dave did with all of the IQD and VND he talked people into sending him years ago? Have they figured out they got ripped off yet?

I remember a show, last Summer, where Dave was quite angry with his list being released. He told people he would return their ( worthless) Dinar, Zim, Dong etc. I still believe he was making millions from the Meta 1 scam and the workshops were simply after 2018 the " front end" to the scam. Given they stole $9 million and have a few shady hidden partners ( Peter Shamoun) for example, Dave is no rookie scammer and would never leave a paper trail from Meta1 for anyone to see. Hmmm...whats his Boca Raton address?

Dave can't escape the paper trail. His landlord has a record of how his rent was paid, the airlines have records of how his flights were paid, that cruise line has records of how that was paid, the workshop hotels have records of how they got paid, etc.

Dave posted records of where he was and when. LOL

Not only that, they posted the attendance with pictures of his workshops.

Dave should hope that all those receipts came from his accounts...

I agree but I am betting he used workshop money for his primary expenses, got cash or offshore money from Meta 1 and that is hard to trace.

All they need is where the investors money went into, and from there, where is got relocated. Quite a sum went into Nicole's accounts.
