If Dave continues with his "Sgt. Shultz" defence, is that an admission that he knows Meta 1 is doing something wrong and he wants no part of it?
When he does a radio program, says he wont discuss anything about Meta 1, then doesn't stop talking about their success, that could be construed as delaying investors from seeking relief/remedy, and interfering with an ongoing investigation?

I would think on his last show his promoting Meta 1 is again another violation of the court order. I hope the SEC lawyers were listening!
