US Attorney General William Barr yesterday gave the go-ahead for federal prosecutors to pursue “substantial allegations” of voting irregularities during last week’s presidential election.
Obviously, Barr’s is a political appointment, but Unrejected President Donald Trump is now forcing the US State’s legal infrastructure to move beyond frivolous dismissal, and start investigating….even if the MSM is still a tad behind the music:

All claims will remain either ‘totally without foundation’ or ‘absolutely true’ until an objective arm of law enforcement moves in to take a closer look. The history of our century thus far is that swamps don’t drain themselves…and myths become facts thanks to the somewhat limp rule of law and the flaccid members of the Fourth Estate.
Throughout his first term as President, Donald Trump was permanently hogtied by the appointees who shadowed him. As The Slog has commented many times, half the reason the White House has appeared so chaotic over the last four years, is that everyone from Anthony Fauci to Rex Tillerson via Jeff Sessions and Batshit McMasters variously tut-tutted and rolled their eyes during Trump media assertions.
Brits would recognise this as the Sedwill-Johnson syndrome; they would also spot the withered arm of the media scribbler – that scoundrel who no longer digs to find the awkward facts that remove the ‘less’ from the ‘base’.
What is a fraud?
A stock market overvalued by $18 trillion is a fraud.
A Covid danger overestimated by (variously) six to nine times is a fraud.
A gold price historically undervalued by 170% is a fraud. Banks selling notional gold to each other and then fiddling receipts versus losses to depress the gold price is a fraud upon a fraud.
The New York Fed ploughing the People’s money into a mendacious banking liquidity black hole is a fraud.
The European Central Bank shifting created money around from one central bank to another is a fraud
It seems bizarre to be pushed into the position of having to define this for people; but let me try and offer some historical parallels. Until Private Eye cast doubt on John Profumo’s Commons statement about call girls in 1963, the allegations of Christine Keeler were baseless. Until Nipper Read became the Met cop terrier biting at the Kray Brothers’ ankles, allegations against Lord Boothby were baseless. Until Woodward and Bernstein started following the money on Watergate, allegations of Richard Nixon’s involvement were baseless.
The Warren Commission was a fraud. Jeremy Hunt’s redacted emails to Newscorp covered up a fraud. Rebekah Brooks’s Court dismissal was a fraud concocted with the CPS.
I wonder if the Trump-hating media pundits can hear themselves as they accuse a US President of knowing less about homeland security and voting crime than they do? Jon Sopel is a blinkered booby at the best of times, and he is quite wrong when he asserts that “the Democrats predicted this would happen”. It was Trump who predicted there would be voting fraud, and the bourgeois bohemian media class now wishes to dismiss him as some kind of self-fulfilling prophet dogged by onanism.
Does it not occur to them that the Potus in any US régime becomes party to information he cannot share….particularly with a rabidly chainsaw-armed media set like this one?
As so often before, the scriveners ridicule Trump….who then angers them even more by being quite often more on the ball than they are.
The media, globalist business and Wall Street have modelled the cases for Covid and AGW. Trump has pointed out his deep suspicion of modelled predictions that turn out to be – what’s that word? – oh yes, baseless.
How much difficult-to-explain eventuality does it take before doubt must be turned into media and State investigation? Anomalies and deviations from the norm, a crazy-high turnout (bigger than any other in the twentieth century), the 4 am stop-go thing, the ‘media declaration’, the Ohio boot on the other foot mystery….what do the naysayers want – Kamala Harris caught signing her poll card Minnie Mouse?
I am utterly appalled by the spineless efforts of people I have admired in the past, who now outrageously proffer half-baked sanctimony about Donald Trump being a “sore loser” who has “brought the American political system and the office of the Presidency into dispute”.
That process began in 1963 when John F Kennedy was shot to death in Dallas. It continued via the assassination of his brother, dirty tricks against Carter, the election of a CIA operative to the Presidency in the shape of Holly Bush, Uncle Tombama and his dirty tricks against GOP websites, and the blatant censorship of charges against Joe Biden and his son.
‘Don’t rock the boat’ never stopped a single torpedo from drowning innocent people. And preferring peace and quiet to justice gave us Adolf Hitler, the Second World War, McCarthyism, neocon hegemonism and all kinds of other wonderful things…like even Fox News cutting off Republican accusations because it “wasn’t a fit thing for their viewers to experience”. Thank God Tucker’s ratings mean they daren’t touch him.
The Shadow State, monied corruption, bent statistics, megalomanic billionaires and widespread econo-fiscal fraud are just a few of the elements that have brought American cultural life into disrepute.
I don’t see President Trump as a hero in any of this. But his presence in the White House is coming to an end for the same reason that a slump in public life ethics in the west started: the power-greed of the unelected alongside the cowardice of media hacks and bought legislators.
The time for investigating “conspiracy theory” is long overdue. We either start here, or surrender forever.

For those who have not been hijacked by their amygdalas, and so still capable of reason,  and yet are still wondering, even after absorbing this post, whether or not the fraud in this 2020 election was just sketchy and peripheral or indeed central and crucial, threatening to vitiate the election altogether, I offer another post to chew on, this one mathematical.
Remember: if the election was stolen, and if evidence coming from all sides and in a number of dimensions proves it; and if we allow the Deep State, using the Democrats this time, to get away with massive unprecedented fraud, then the Rule of Law, and the Constitution of the United States that underlies it, is done. Finished. Caput.
The 248 year cycle of the planet Pluto governs the primal life force itself, generating birthing, living, and dying,  Pluto returns to the degree it occupied at this nation’s birth for the very first time during these next few years. Will the deathing (of our illusions as to how we are “governed,” our willful refusal to face facts — massive corruption, fueled by systematic blackmail, bribery, and massive child trafficking profits, generating war after war after war —) lead to the actual demise of this nation? November 9, 2020 (LifeSiteNews) – The Red Wave that appeared to be cresting for President Trump on the evening of November 3^rdhad receded by the following morning. Hundreds of thousands of votes had materialized for Joe Biden—seemingly out of nowhere–in the wee hours.  And nearly all came from Democrat-controlled cities like Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Detroit, Milwaukee, Atlanta, and Las Vegas.
As my grandfather used to say, “Nothing good happens after midnight.”
As the strange new vote totals have piled up, so have the allegations of massive voter fraud.  Many Americans now suspect that the fix was in. As Debbie Aldrich has noted, how likely is it that the “majority of Americans would pick a 78-year-old who can’t remember what office he’s running for to be the Leader of the Free World.”    
The Trump team is certainly convinced that they didn’t.  If only legally cast ballots are counted, they argue, President Trump easily wins a second term.  They are filing multiple lawsuits in both state and federal courts to ask that fraudulent and defective ballots be thrown out.  
Given the seriousness of the issues at stake, nearly all of these lawsuits will shortly wind up before the Supreme Court.  One already has.  Justice Samuel Alito on Friday has already ordered all Pennsylvania county boards of elections to segregate all late arriving ballots. These probably number in the tens or even hundreds of thousands and, if disqualified in whole or in part, will give the state’s 20 electoral votes to Trump.
The last time the Supreme Court had to adjudicate an election happened in 2000.  Just like today, the reliably progressive major media outlets were eager to declare Democrat candidate Al Gore to be the winner as recounts targeted to heavily Democrat counties cut into Republican George W. Bush’s small lead in the state. Bush took the matter to court.
After reviewing the evidence, the Supreme Court decided in George Bush’s favor in Bush v. Gore.  Bush thus won Florida’s 25 electoral votes and the election.
But if Bush v. Gore was a Category 1 legal hurricane, Trump v. Biden will be a Category 5. And at the very eye of the storm will sit nine Supreme Court justices, deliberating the merits of the many cases that will shortly come before them.   
And here, for those who are despairing about the future of the Republic, I have good news. 
George W. Bush prevailed in the Supreme Court in part because of the able assistance of two brilliant young attorneys whose names will be familiar to you: Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett.
Brett Kavanaugh worked for the George W. Bush campaign during the 2000 U.S. presidential election, specifically on the Florida recount and the Bush v. Gore case that went before the Supreme Court.
Amy Coney Barrett provided research and briefing assistance for the legal team at the firm Baker Botts that represented President Bush in Bush v. Gore, the lawsuit that grew out of the 2000 U.S. presidential election. 
It is a very happy fact that, thanks to Donald Trump, both Kavanaugh and Barrett now serve as Associate Justices of the U.S. Supreme Court, where they will be hearing cases brought by the Trump team.
Now I don’t mean to suggest that their judgement will in any way be affected because they are hearing cases brought by advocates of the same president who nominated them.  
What I mean is that these two Supremes are both intimately familiar with election law and also highly qualified to judge whether or not a fraud has been perpetrated on the American voting public.  They will know fraud when they see it and, being people of absolute integrity, they will render a just decision. And they will serve as resources and role models for their fellow justices in this regard.
There is one other thing we know about Justices Barrett and Kavanaugh–and also about Justices Thomas, Alito, and Gorsuch, for that matter.  We know they are not easily intimidated. After all, they have all been subjected to vicious attacks by unhinged progressives, in Thomas’ case for decades on end.    
As they deliberate the cases before them, there will be hysterical editorials in the Washington Post about the “end of democracy.” Hysterical mobs will be once again pound on the very doors of the Supreme Court.  The pressure on the judges to cave to the will of the mob and the media elite will be intense.  
But, for all that, I believe the new majority will uphold their oaths to protect and defend the Constitution and uphold the law as written.
One final point about the man who put them there.  Over the past four years the Democrats and their media and Deep State allies have used every dirty trick in the Democrat playbook—spying on his campaign, the phony Steel Dossier, the rigged Mueller investigation, the impeachment hoax, and so on—to cripple Trump’s presidency and drive him from office.
But the President has known for a long time that election fraud is a key part of that playbook.  He’s spoken about such chicanery in interviews, at press conferences, and at rallies. 
Don’t you think that, knowing this, he wouldn’t have factored in the likelihood of election fraud as he made his Supreme Court picks over the past four years?
In appointing Bush v. Gore veterans, Amy Coney Barrett and Brett Kavanaugh, to the Supreme Court, a brilliant strategist whose last name begins with “T” was thinking ahead several moves to this very moment. 
In the game of chess, we have a word for what is coming.  We call it “checkmate.”

James Madison’s, Alexander Hamilton’s, and certainly Ben Franklin’s ghosts are laughing as their genius in founding the Electoral College is likely to be vindicated. 
We have a generation born to an age where civics is no longer taught, millions of Americans do not know the difference between a representative and a senator and too many think the Electoral College is a land grant school west of Omaha. 
They are about to get that civics lesson leftists baked out of curricula.
Trump’s legacy is the opening of the political system to millions who never voted before, minorities who for the first time broke Republican, and more women Republican representatives in Congress. 
The Deplorables may not have understood raw political power, Leftist manipulation via vote fraud conveniently covered by the media and Big Tech.  But they appear to get it now.
The Democrats way overplayed their fraud hand.  Scores of bloggers are publishing lists of the Dead Vote.  Statistical algorithms used to identify voter fraud in third world countries, applied to this vote, show massive fraud.
It is only going to get uglier every day as more people come forward with fraud testimony, photos of trucks delivering ballots, and records of software that stops in the middle of the night.
The mainstream media and Big Tech almost unanimously deliver the message that “Biden won, it is time to come together, let’s move on.”  That would have worked before, but it is not going to work now. 
It is not going to work because Donald Trump is not just a President.  As others have said, he is “our champion.”

That changes the equation to one of a “cause” rather than an election.
There is no “coming together” when it’s a cause.  Not after this kind of raw, bare fraud.  No compromise here.
That dynamic, plus Trump’s fight-it-out-every-day mentality, is pretty hard to beat.
So what’s next?
Vote fraud on the scale seen this week can hardly be quantified between today and when the Electoral College casts its vote.  Lawsuits take time, discovery is a slow.  We cannot trust our own Justice Department, the FBI,  and intelligence community who have been implicated trying to destroy the current President. 
There is legal proof and common-sense proof. 
Legal proof may take a bit but the common-sense measurement showing massive fraud is off the charts, and it is only five days after the election. There’s plenty more to come.
Biden is at 290 Electoral College votes, with the 20 from Pennsylvania looking more wobbly daily as even the Pennsylvania legislature has begun hearings.  The Supreme Court is pretty much on record that those 20 are far from in the bag.
The fights in Wisconsin, Michigan, Georgia, Arizona, Minnesota and other states go on.
Most, perhaps all, of the states in question have Republican legislatures – both houses.
Many state legislators are the farm team waiting for that shot at Congress or becoming a governor or attorney general.  They are politicians, and politicians, of any party, always have an eye on the next prize.
Then there is MAGA-nation.  71 million voters who are about to get a civics lesson that their state legislators can certify this obvious electoral fraud by certifying the current fraudulent vote or they can put in their own electors, or they can just choose to sit it out. 
But there is another the next step.
Let’s go there.  America was here before.  It was Rutherford B. Hayes against Samuel Tilden.  Nobody had enough Electoral College votes, so it went to Congress to decide.  The history of what happened is interesting.
State legislators in seven or eight key states, not the court, not the governor, choose the electors.

When the Deplorables learn that the guy next door who is a state rep, or their insurance agent who is a state senator, certifies this election fraud, do you think they might just make a call?
Republican legislatures are inhabited by many of the same craven political hacks who then move on to Congress.  They care about only one thing: getting elected.
It is rumored that archeologists tested bones of 18^th-century politicians to see exactly when and where the “courage gene” was eliminated from their genome sequence.  They believe it may not have ever existed.
State legislatures in six or seven or more states, run by Republicans, have a choice:  certify an election that was clearly fraudulent, certify a different slate of electors who will vote against the popular, but fraudulent vote, or just fail to certify.
My bet is several may choose option 3.  If even one state or two fail to certify, the election goes to Congress.
What Republican state legislator wants to see MAGA-nation pillory them with “…Jack’s vote put Joe Biden in office!”  The thousands of Trump rally attendees in Butler, Pennsylvania, acting in one voice, calling state reps and senators.  Just think of what fun it would be!
Big Media, Big Tech, Facebook, none of it matters to that anonymous state rep or state senator.  They are painfully visible to their constituents.  They see their voters daily at the grocery store, in church, at the Kiwanis Club. 
It is said that all politics is local.  It just got very local for this presidential election and there are unlikely to be many state reps or state senators who want to have 71 million MAGA-nation Deplorables targeting them.
Why not let Congress decide?  The legislator can be a hero to his or her constituents while they dodge a certain electoral bullet in the next election.
Congress gets to vote — each state, one vote.  Wyoming and California, each one vote.
Pretty fast, the new election math goes from 270, path to victory, to 26 -24, Trump wins.

AG Bill Barr Authorizes DOJ To Investigate Voting Irregularities

In a memo issued on Monday, Attorney General William Barr authorized the Justice Department to investigate voting irregularities in this year’s presidential election.
The memo stated, “Now that the voting has concluded, it is imperative that the American people can trust that our elections were conducted in such a way that the outcomes accurately reflect the will of the voters.”

Barr’s memo was issued after 39 House Republicans asked Barr on Friday to investigate allegations of voting irregularities across the country.



Particularly in a number of battleground states where Team Trump has filed lawsuits.

Barr’s memo stated that the DOJ has “an obligation to ensure that federal elections are conducted in such a way that the American people can have full confidence in their electoral process and their government.”

The Attorney General did say that that while “most allegations” of election misconduct are not significant enough to affect election results, “that is not always the case.”

Barr said the DOJ is now authorized to pursue substantial allegations of voting and voting tabulation irregularities in specific instances.
“Given this, and given that voting in our current elections has now concluded, I authorize you to pursue substantial allegations of voting and vote tabulation irregularities prior to the certification of elections in your jurisdictions in certain cases, as I have already done in specific instances,” Barr said.
Barr also encouraged the Justice Department to use “great care and judgment’ and not launch investigations on “specious, speculative, fanciful or far-fetched claims.”

Democrat Responses: ‘Attorney General Bill Barr Is A Corrupt Trump Henchman’

The Attorney General said Americans deserve free and fair elections.
“I provide this authority and guidance to emphasize the need to timely and appropriately address allegations of voting irregularities so that all of the American people, regardless of their preferred candidate or party, can have full confidence in the results of our elections,” Barr said.



He added, “The American people and the leaders they freely elect deserve nothing less.”
A number of Democrats were not pleased with the prospect of investigations.
Democratic Senator Elizabeth Warren was incensed, and accused President Trump of being a “dictator.”
“Attorney General Bill Barr is a corrupt Trump henchman who should have been impeached months ago.”
“If he cared one shred about our democracy, he’d be focused on the peaceful transition of power instead of doing the bidding of a wannabe dictator,” she added.



Democratic Senator Richard Blumenthal said, “Once again, Barr acts as the president’s puppet. Barr is throwing gasoline on the fire of false claims of fraud, fueling doubts & undermining faith in the integrity of our election process.”
