An executive order signed Sept. 9 by President Biden called for all federal contractors to require their employees to show proof they are fully vaccinated for COVID-19 by Jan. 18, 2022, unless the employee is legally entitled to accommodation.
The White House’s Office of Management and Budget (OMB) on Nov. 16 issued its rule requiring enforcement of Biden’s mandate.
To stop this rule from being implemented, Children’s Health Defense (CHD) and other vaccine safety and health freedom groups invite the public, scientists, military members and medical experts, including healthcare workers, to submit comments by Dec. 16 to the OMB opposing the rule.
Submit your comments today, via the federal eRulemaking portal. Follow the instructions on the website.
Be sure to enter the docket number — Docket No. OMB-2021-0007 — at the top of your comments, and provide factual statements. (Click here to read comments submitted by others).
CHD is calling for a public hearing to examine the impact of Biden’s executive order. We believe this is essential, and request such a hearing be scheduled and properly publicized.

The repeated calls for booster shots are proof COVID vaccines are as ineffective as they are dangerous.
Even the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) admitted people who are vaccinated can transmit the virus and may be the source of the spread of the variants.
These vaccines are experimental and potentially dangerous. According to the latest data released by the CDC, between Dec. 14, 2020, and Nov. 26, 2021, 927,740 reports of adverse events — including 19,532 reports of deaths — following COVID vaccines were submitted to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System.
It’s time to stand up to this unconstitutional subversion of our democratic process. Unelected bureaucrats cannot short-circuit the U.S. Constitution, and neither can the president.

OMB is required to consider each and every comment — that’s why we need tens of thousands of comments submitted by the Dec. 16 deadline.

We cannot allow OMB to subvert the administrative process and ram through the federal contractor mandate for a vaccine that is experimental, ineffective and has proven dangerous — in some cases deadly — to tens of thousands of people.
