Why do our leaders try and keep us guessing like this? From a former NASA astrobiologist who literally met with and handed over some thick files of data, along with a lengthly interpretation, to two FBI Special Agents (just like in the show "X-files", except both were men) two months before they released these documents in April 2011. They literally came unannounced to my house in response to me sending the data to some colleagues and were very concerned why such a "highly trained" scientist would be speaking as I was about some very strange ideas.

Two months after our meeting I discovered a new FBI website had been created, along with new websites from security services around the world, and I was never more proud of my FBI than when they responded by releasing thousands of documents describing their investigations into the UFO and related "unexplained" phenomena, which are soberly taken seriously behind the scenes. Nearly two years on, however, and without a more vocal explanation by these agencies about the docments they've released, I'm left wanting to know a lot more.
So here are some of the real X-files from the FBI and the NSA, which reveals that they take seriously the UFO and extraterrestrial phenomenon, which is because their job is to protect us. The special agents I met take it seriously, too. Protecting our entire solar system from any possible ET contamination was also part of my job, too, especially while working as a member of the director's laboratory from the NASA Center for Life Detection, which formed a large amount of consideration in the planning of the Mars mission and, especially the Mars Sample Return Mission (MSR) that my advisor had originally been hired by NASA to lead scientifically. Before a recent update, it stated right on my NASA directory page for years: "NASA Planetary Protection: All the planets, all the time" How could I not think I was supposed to take this stuff to heart? When my boss refused to entertain the possibility that our FBI agents weren't incompetent I was compelled to resign in protest and ask for a reconsideration of the evidence. Somewhere the true story exists, but it's not being revealed widely and make easy to understand, even for the most ardent searchers. I hope to help restore some clarity on this subject on behalf of a more peaceful, just and sustainable world for all future generations, which given the potential to catalyze a clean-energy revolution, might actually go hand in hand.
