3-4-2013 Intel Guru Footforward The budget was done a long time ago and is the same as any other budget with the exception that Iraq no longer has the Standby Agreement in place to allow them to borrow money to pay off their debts and obligations. All has been put into place. The Iraqi government is not as dysfunctional as people would leave you to believe. Maliki is not the issue, Shabibi is not the issue, the political process in Iraq is not the issue. They have been ready to go for almost 2 years now. [post 2 of 2]
3-4-2013 Intel Guru Footforward My last time frame came and went and didn't have an RV. I have no problem admitting when I am wrong. In spite of the fact that my time frame can and went, I am still not discouraged in the least. The information that has come in has been exceptional. I have heard everything thing I would want to hear from the places I would want to hear it. The information has been that good. What I have been told in the last week has been very good, I am very encouraged. I wish I could share but people will just have to take my word for it. If I had a list of who I would like to hear from where, that list has pretty much been fulfilled this week. So, the information has been really really good. [post 1 of 2....stay tuned]
