3-19-2013 Intel Guru Blaino Rates showing: $3.4x for the 'leader' & $.478 for the follower. Could be "placer" RATES. They were behind the black screen for several weeks, but are essentially the same as they were before the black screens came down a couple of weeks AGO. The high a week before was $3.86 and for a few hours, $4.20. ok, there is also this: no change at the exec level foreign currency picture. All is clear and showing, buy and sell, no ust hold but not tradeable either... And yes, they too are scratching their heads! [post 1 of 2....stay tuned]
