I wanted to post this conversation I just had on Facebook with one of my friends.... with his permission of course:
My friend just got back to me and said his intel is between now and Sunday. The higher ups contact his friend and scheduled an appointment with him in Reno next Tuesday. What the heck does Reno have to do with it?
really???? wow!!! Reno is said to be where the elite are being called to cash in. wow!!!! this is great news!!! can I post what you just said on DD?
He just said the "Admiral and PTB are based there. All major cash outs for project funding are happening at a military base there."

He just got back to me and said an appointment is Necessary for that program "for that program - yes. And you need one to get the higher rate from WF. You can cash in at the street level rate without an appointment" WF will have an 800# . He will send it to me as soon as he receives it. It will be released immediately after the re. The call centers are already being staffed.

He said the conservative estimates on the rv is IQD $3.46 / VND: $.43 and he thinks the rupiah will come in strong too.
