The Republic of South Africa has been impacted like all the other former Colonies and Commonwealth Nations. Their system is the same as the one put in place here, only different names on the legislation and different names attached to agencies — for example our “Social Security Administration” might be their “Social Welfare Bureau” — you get the idea.
All this began in England and was promulgated by Benjamin D’israeli — with legislation in 1867 “Enfranchising” workers. This was another semantic deceit. People thought that voting was a good thing, having a say in what the government did—- when in fact it was a different kind of “enfranchisement”—– as in redefining living people as “franchises” of the British Crown without their knowledge or consent via “private contract”—–
Whenever anyone sees the word “registration” or “Registrar” they should run like crazy and be aware that they are giving away their property.
The only way back from this is slow and painful and requires broad spectrum determination. It begins with revoking and rescinding one’s signature on ALL registrations and “applications” —and with claiming back the “donated” property.
Unfortunately, I am not conversant with the laws of South Africa, and can’t help unravel the particulars of their situation, but, from what I have published about the situation in America, it should be possible for the South Africans to figure out how the same dirty tricks have been played on them and how to unravel their own version of it.
Share “Before Things Get Out of Hand….” with historians and decent folk who happen to be lawyers and begin digging your way out. In America, the rats created a giant slush fund (that they counted on never being accessed) as “remedy”. This fund is administered by the United States Department of the Treasury. We suggest that the South Africans look around for their version of the same. This fund has to be there and it has to be accessible via administrative process.
