The ISX spent huge $$ for the new trading platform that will enable it to trade with 23 other international trading platform from around the globe...they are waiting to activate it. The ISX, IMO, is the one unspoken indicator that truly shows us that Iraq intends to change the status of the IQD, as well as its value.

It certainly doesn't take a rocket surgeon or a brain scientist to see that oil is silly low right now. After you take into account for inflation, it's even more obvious that this low rate cannot last. Now, if a bunch of numbskulls like us can easily see that oil should probably be closer to $80... don't you think Iraq can, too? I certainly do. As I type this, oil hasn't moved and we still haven't seen any significant news on the HCL. The GOOD news is that it also doesn't take a genius to grasp that oil is probably about as low as it can possibly go, which means there's only one way for it to go from here. UP. And the GREAT news is that in spite of these ridiculously low oil prices, the CBI has maintained a very strong grip on the exchange rate, proving that they are, as always, very capable of manipulating their market how they wish. ...at this time I think our motto is: "Watch the oil".

HCL still is not all settled and the citizens have not yet received their share of the oil revenues. They can load the funding on the Qi cards all they want but until they activate them (new rate or old rate it does not matter) they have not yet paid them. The GOI does not want to pay out oil revenues since the government has mismanaged the great wealth of the nation and the money is simply not there to pay out. Instead it is all in the pockets of the crocked politicians. These HCL payments to the citizens are...mandated by the UN and the USA. Now we see the religious clerics too fighting for the average citizen for them to get what is rightfully theirs. Just remember...that their new constitution must be FULLY implemented or no RV. Mark these words carefully...not as a rumor or conjecture, but as FACTUAL. I have been told this directly by some very strong politically connected people, people who don’t lie and would have no reason to lie.

[What's your take on Iraq getting the approval from the UN and WTO on the upcoming issue of Articular 8?]


I've never placed a major emphasis on Article 8, and I still don't. That would be a strategic detail, whereas I still believe it's more about the fundamentals at this time. Those fundamental things have been whittled down to a very short list:


1. HCL.


I like short lists!


Here's something for everyone to consider, speaking of fundamentals. I made a big deal out of how the Kurds and Baghdad were getting along so much better lately. If you've been in this for long, you will know that we used to ALWAYS see article after article about 7% this and 14% that and Kuwait boycotting Parliament due to non-payment and on and on... have you seen much of that lately? Or any? Nope. It's been very quiet on that front, because they've got those fundamentals worked out. They're playing nice with each other, and despite the wait... I really like our odds once we start seeing oil go back up.

..."cashing in"...people do not cash in currency...countries do not cash in currency reserves. Instead, currency is "exchanged" for something of another value...we will exchange for another currency relative to what we want to use...countries, may exchange another currency for yet another, or may not exchange at all.

If I Recall Correctly...Iraq ALREADY has their SWIFT CODES for International Banking...as we Know IRAN does as Well...thus IMO...As Normal...Most things are Already PLANNED and IMPLEMENTED behind Closed Doors...and then (WHEN) Appropriate

Today, March 24th, marks the day of the liberation of Mosul. The outskirts of Mosul have already been successfully and swiftly liberated by Iraqi forces.

Iraqi Politics

Over a decade has gone by and economic reform has still not completed. Real progress in the Iraqi government only started when Abadi took office. The previous Prime Minister, Maliki -- was one corrupted individual. The entire government had been infested and still suffers from Maliki's corruption. 

Origination of Corruption

The corruption originated from nobody else but the Cabal. After the invasion occurred, the country was left in complete ruins internally. Ex-Prime Minister Maliki was only one of their puppets in their failed "democracies". Thus, he was free to infest the Iraqi government with corruption. In 2014, Abadi assumed office as Prime Minister. This time, an independent Prime Minister (with more influence from the benevolent powers-that-be than the Cabal) had taken office. This marks the beginning for progress in Iraq.

2016, the people of Iraq are fed up with corruption and are anxious for economic reform. PM Abadi was forced to clear the cabinet and is about to announce the new cabinet members. If the corruption in Iraq doesn't end soon, civil unrest will consume the country.

Before you take it as bad news, consider it to be good news. This is a sign of the on-going battle behind the scenes. Trust in and have faith in the benevolent PTB's influence over PM Abadi that he will complete economic reform before civil unrest occurs.

The Great Earth War

In our last report (LINK), we've mentioned that there is a secret war occurring at this very moment. A war against the Khazarian Empire otherwise known as the Cabal. The end of this war is approaching as the Khazarian Empire take their last stand.

Where does Iraq fit in?

Iraq is only fragment of the war against the Khazarian Empire. Iraq has been a victim, conquered by the Empire. What you are seeing in Iraq, is part of the slow and steady liberation of Earth. The Empire are in failure to impede the liberation with their deteriorating proxy force, the Islamic State. The people of Iraq have had enough of corruption, this is in-fact a sign of the global awakening process for unified consciousness.

Climax

Iraq is nearing the boiling point. PM Abadi is being pressured by the people to clean out the corruption and ultimately pass economic reform.

Does this mean the RV/GCR grows near?

Yes, it does. Why? The benevolent PTB will not allow Iraq to fall. Because Iraq is currently one of the strongholds for the liberation of Earth. News coming out of Iraq is all a political play tasked to keep you grounded to this current "reality". The true reality is that the BRICS, Resistance Movements with assistance from benevolent Outer-world Beings are breaking through the Empire's lines.

Continue to watch Iraq. Only progress can be sighted ahead. Do not forget that what comes out of Iraq is not the entire truth. Always remember that the behind the scenes of the current geo-political situation, the BRICS and Resistance Movements are fighting for our freedom and prosperity.
