Wondering why you are still waiting on the 800 #'s?

The process was started last evening, before the Big Call even started.

There were steps and procedures that required certain people to do certain things in a precise format. The very last of these steps was for the Admiral to enter his personal code into the system, which was done at around 1AM EDT.

Unbeknownst to some, this started an internal set of security and protocol checks within the computer system.

At some point during this series of internal checks, an "anomaly" occurred which prevented the process from continuing (it could have been that the Admirals code was input later than expected or anticipated).

The "Western" market opening time is 3AM EDT, which has always been a time that is monitored externally and internally and when it looks like a continuation of the process will interfere with or possibly disrupt the markets, the computer will stop unless given an over-ride command.

No over-ride was given, the process stopped at that point and we wait for after the markets close for it to continue

Once the Admiral input his personal code the "point of no return" was reached.

We simply sit back now and patiently watch the clock for it to continue the rollout. There is no reason for anger, fear or frustration, all is well.

This email has been being sent so you may begin your final mental and emotional preparation to successfully redeem at your own private exchange appointment sometime during this Labor Day Weekend.  


It's now apparent to us in this RV watch, that the New Powers That Be were planning to use the summer's final holiday weekend all along in order to "slip-in" the RV with as little public awareness as possible.

When setting your redemption appointment, know you'll have the first 48 hours only to qualify for redeeming at the Sovereign or Negotiable Rates, as well as receive an extended three week sovereign redemption period should you have current travel or medical issues.  


However, it is highly recommended that everyone make their redemption appointment ASAP as well as complete their exchange without delay--unless circumstances dictate otherwise.  Meaning, get in, get out, and keep your trap shut afterwards due to the NDA.


Have all your in-hand currency, purchase receipts, gift letters, personal identification, wire transfer accounts, cashier check list and humanitarian project/job creation portfolios neatly assembled in one binder and at the ready.


Know too that this global redemption process has been rolling out officially over the last 10 days, and completes with the public redeeming during the second half of September.


October 1 we understand will be the start of the new gold backed system's municipal accounting, flat taxation rate and Basel lll compliance oversight commencement per the 30 treaties being signed this weekend at the G20 Summit in China.

We can blame a myriad number of sources as to the delay of the dispersement of funds that will forever hold back the exchange of foreign currencies a reality or we can pay no attention and keep our eye on the prize only. This in my humble opinion is a key contributor to the ongoing delays week after week.

It is difficult for humanity to learn one truth which would turn the whole world around so quickly we would all stand amazed. This truth is simply what we think about all day long becomes reality. We Are Creators!!! It's that simple. Those that pooh pooh that idea are the ones that are delaying the manifestation of the R/V. Sure, there may be various problems both idealogical and mechanical that continue to stand in the way of redemption of currencies. But those very obstructions are created and allowed to exist by the naysayers. Simply, this planet has lived under such negative beliefs for so very long that the ability to unconsciously manifest the negative more easily than the postive is the source of all our troubles. All!!

Let me make it clear, it is just as easy for me to fall into the trap as anyone else. All the questions such as "what's stopping the RV now?" are what is causing the delays. We of earth have been trained covertly by the cabal and their dark angels to manifest what benefits the dark forces and not what benefits mankind. Time to understand that and change our thinking and belief system. Put your eye on the prize. The end result only. Forget and ignore anything else.

Most comments on YouTube videos about the RV indicate most commentors do not believe it. They are shitfaced bumbs that have nothing to offer other than negativity. I agree, it looks like we get empty promise after empty promise. Part of the problem is the visible negativity on the internet that professes they know more than us currency holders but apparently know none of the good stuff is going to happen. That translates to many of the ones that have invested in Dinar and other currencies to doubt the actual day of reckoning when the RV is actually available to all foreign currency holders. It is my humble opinion that the the world economy is about to crash. Restarting that economy from any point of action will be much more difficult than just the act of pushing the RV ahead. Instead, we do get delays and those probably relate to those loyal to the cabal and have yet to be removed or our own negative reactions to the Trolls. If that is not the case then we can assume there are actual problems or delays that can be attributed to various reasons such as software glitches, money imbalances and the inability to have source funds in place at certain times. All of those are surmountable and will be, IMHO.

What we get is a bunch of naysayers that bring down those of us that believe in what is about to happen. Giving any credence to the naysayers just bolsters their opinions and saddles us with more negativity and delays resulting in our inability to understand that we are the heirs of this planet and the saviours of the imploding cabal's system. Look only towards the moment we receive the Tetelestai message and the "Go" signal. To focus on the negativity will only serve to delay us more.

My advice to the naysayers is spend a little money and get you some dinar or Zim (especially Zim) while you can still find it for sale. EBay is good place to start for Zim. Then you can complain if it never happens but if it does you can begin a life that you never imagined. It would also be nice if you offer us currency exchangers or Dinarians as some call us, an apology. I'm not holding my breath.

There are airplanes coming and going where I live. I think Fisher is likely a troll. Everything he says will happen does not happen. My inside guy says the private groups are going this week then the rest of us a few weeks to a month after.

8. Some exchange activity commenced at various locations on Sept. 2.

9. It was said those holding currencies to exchange would have the first 48 hours to redeem at the higher rates (3 weeks if you had travel or medical issues).

10. On Sept. 2 the final rates were said sent out to the top banks. A claim on TNT indicated there were unconfirmed market or international rates on bank computers of: 

Dong: $ .37 to $2.27
Dinar: $ 3.71 to $8.00
Zim: $ .15 to $1.55
Rupiah: $ .98 to $1.28

12. It was apparent that they were now planning to do the RV over the Labor Day weekend. The last step of the RV process was for the Admiral to enter his personal code into the system. 14. After banks completed internal redemptions, they would exchange the Internet Group said to last through Sept. 12 2016.


15. All currencies were being redeemed at their printed face value including the ZIM with "no zeros removed." ZIM redemptions were said to be processed at exceptionally high rates, both at the international and market rates.


16. There was publised a 48 hour deadline to redeem at the Sovereign or Negotiable Rates. Those who had travel or medical issues would be offered a three week extension. To get the negotiated rates you needed to exchange in the first 10 days.


17. On Sat. Sept. 3 there was a "sort of" signing of the Paris Agreement by Obama (which contained the Global Currency Reset). This was said to be the official start of everything and had to occur before the G20 meeting in China on Sept. 4.

18. On Sun. Sept. 4 WSOMN AdminBill claimed, "There is activity taking place in a specific location that will lead to a quiet release of the new rates. I don't believe that will occur until Tues. or Wed. Multiple sources indicated that everything has been completed and finalization. We are waiting for funds to be cleared so they can be posted for release to currency holders. The bank balance sheets must show they have funds in order to do currency exchanges. We may see the journey end this week."

19. The general public was scheduled to redeem the last half of Sept. 2016.

20. Public and bond exchanges were expected to begin some time during Sept. 2016. All would get whatever their contracted rates called for, and/or converted to at the screen market rate depending on in which country they resided, and which currencies or bonds they were attempting to convert or leverage. The International rates might also apply.

21. There likely won't be live public trading on the IEX (the new platform for asset-backed currencies that replaces the Forex) until sometime after Sept. 15. Is this why the Iraqi budget needs to be passed by Sept. 10? Is the IEX waiting for the new asset-backed currencies to have a value?

22. Respected economist Jim Rickards claimed that the death of the US Dollar would begin on Sept. 30 2016. “D-Day for the U.S. Dollar.” That could unleash a devastating US dollar crash, massive US stock implosion, send gold soaring as high as $10,000 an ounce and change the balance of global power to China’s favor.

G20 leaders and their benevolent interstellar guides are still in session at this hour.

They're unified in final settlement talks for all global disputes while in the same country, same city, same room and same table.

They will not leave this negotiating environment until all matters are deemed collectively resolved and absolute unification is achieved.

And when we say all disputes, we mean ALL disputes worldwide as part of a 30 treaty GESARA package currently being signed and implemented by all your leaders of the newly vibrationally sovereign world. Signature on all treaties is required by universal law. No country (or leader) may leave until all treaties are made law via their signature.

Former President Barack Obama is not being included in this process as he no longer is deemed the lead diplomat for the Republic of the United States--this is why he did not get the red carpet treatment. General Joseph Dunford is signing all treaties (including the Paris Agreement on Climate Change) for the Republic of the United States per his own nation's internal Constitution.

This is precisely why all such "real or new leaders" have gathered in China, as many are publicly unknown given all the severe and dramatic changes made privately in their countries.

Many this weekend are meeting for the very first time as to implement GESARA collectively, and their combined will--through the body of law--will now take full effect beginning in the fourth fiscal quarter of 2016.

Extra terrestrial disclosure and human reintegration back into the Galactic Federation of species will also be implemented and become a visible net result of this multi-decade ongoing negotiating process.

Global monetary reconstitution (aka the GCR/RV) is also included within the GESARA legal framework of change; thus, intake and settlement of all defaulted historic assets--including all fiat currencies--will now be retrieved, redeemed and revalued as well as removed from physical existence.

The entire global monetary reconstitution process is scheduled to complete by the end of your September (9) so your world can permanently recalibrate beginning in October (1).
