Does consciousness influence quantum mechanics?
It would be fun if we could just wish our problems away, wouldn’t it? Sure, it may not be that easy, but creating big change might actually be a bit easier than we think, we just have to know where to look and how to BE.
As we grapple with a global ‘crisis,’ whether justified or perceived, we find ourselves split into various groups of perceptions trying to figure out what is really going on and what we can do about it. Taking action is always an important part of creating change we want to see, but what happens if our intention, individually or collectively, is stuck in only perceiving reality through an existing worldview, perhaps one that cannot actually solve the problems we face?
To discuss this more practically, what if our solutions to COVID, health and how to deal with the virus only come from a worldview that sees this as a dangerous virus that we must run from? How then will we live our lives? Will we give up our rights and freedoms in the name of a virus? Will we feel powerful enough in our own health and immunity to overcome the virus?
Is it possible that our underlying worldview, as it pertains to our reality, is actually stopping us from seeing how we could speak differently about COVID, and is instead leading us towards an epidemic of control?
Contrary to mainstream conjecture, there are many different perspectives about COVID and how dangerous it is to humanity. There are doctors and scientists who say this is an average flu, and we should be dealing with this differently. Why? Where does their view of this come from and why is it so different from mainstream perspectives? Are they perhaps looking at life differently? What if more of us looked at life differently, and what if our overall collective consciousness held a different worldview about COVID – or life for that matter?
As we hold some of these ideas in our minds, I’d like to bring forth a conversation I recently had with a good friend of mine Adam Curry. We had a lengthy conversation about consciousness and how it affects our reality, COVID-19, and finding meaning through consciousness research. We also dove into dealing with uncertainty and a number of other mind-expanding topics. The full conversation can be found here on CETV, but I invite you to listen to an important piece below and see what comes to mind as it relates to our current collective predicaments.
