I can see by the results thus far that this is the most important survey I’ve ever done. It decimates the argument that the CDC uses that the numbers in VAERS are so high because people are reporting more. For example, consider this response (recordID 195):

This is an important survey. The excuse the CDC always gives for a high adverse event reporting rate in VAERS for a vaccine is "increased public awareness." It's time to blow that myth up.

For example, consider this response (recordID 195):We have never been encouraged, or shown how to submit a VAERS report. The Providers I have worked with absolutely deny that the reaction that brought a patient in was due to an injection, even if the patient insists that it is. When covid started, not one nurse in my department had ever even heard of VAERS and there has not been one report filed from the facility that I work at
