On Accepting Being a Wayshower

More and more of us are going to find, whether we wish it or not, that we’ve signed on to be wayshowers.
For some that will come as bad news. Oh my gosh, I can’t do this or think that or be seen doing the other!
Or how arrogant of me to call myself a wayshower! Who am I to say that or be that?
I’ve had to wrestle with the matter myself for several years and just surrendered to it recently. Others may also feel themselves in a quandary.
But we may wish to see the matter in a different light.
This planet needs people who agree to take on the inconvenience and discomfort of being wayshowers.
Here we are in August of 2013 and how many people around us have even heard of Ascension? How many believe that extraterrestrials exist or that the planet will soon come into global abundance? None? Maybe one here and one very far over there?
So you and I, because we know that Ascension is coming, the galactics are here, NESARA will arrive and all the other wonders which we discuss together on our blogs and discussion groups – you and I are de facto wayshowers, whether we wish it or not.
I’m not going to remind us that we signed on for this. A sense of obligation is seldom enough to inspire a person to take up a task willingly and happily.
The only thing that has proven strong enough to inspire me to consider taking on the inconvenience of “being a wayshower” is my vision of what it is I’m trying to create, what it is I’m dedicated to.
I know that this lifetime, you and I have the opportunity before us to end starvation on the planet, sexual slavery, war, homelessness, poverty, fanaticism, corruption, inequity, the list goes on and on.
I know that this lifetime, you and I have the opportunity to create a world that works for all of us, to leave the survival of the fittest behind, and race prejudice, and gender inequality.
Yes, wayshowers can still have fun (thank you, Anthony)
I know that this lifetime, you and I have the opportunity to leave behind sorrow, ignorance, and suffering of all kinds.
And by heaven, I want that. I want it so bad I can taste it.
And because I know that you and I can have that this lifetime, I’m willing to put up with the inconvenience and discomfort of actually committing to be what I’ve never really considered myself to be and that’s a wayshower.
What’s the simple definition of a wayshower for me? A person who lives according to the divine qualities consciously and willingly and is prepared to own it, discuss it, and represent it.
All else flows from that.
Some of the wayshowing that I’ll do after the reval is going to be challenging in the extreme because I’ll be discussing things that could bring me circumstances in my life that most people would do anything to avoid. But I’m not going to avoid them.
I’m willing to deal with the inconvenience and discomfort that probably will arise for the greater good that is done by tearing down walls and letting go of old paradigms.
Putting people on pedestals is anathema to wayshowing. Put a person on a pedestal and it’s only a question of time before you want to pull them off. For me anyways, that’s the way the mind works. So if you agree to be a wayshower, it seems to go with the job that you cease putting people on pedestals – galactics, terrestrials, even archangels.
And there’s much more to say but for now I want just to have broached the subject and to have issued the invitation to you to take up this challenge consciously and willingly.
Allow yourself to be a wayshower. This world needs them. This world will benefit from them. And you yourself, I’m willing to wager, will find a means of rapid expansion. Challenging ourselves in this way is definitely, in my eyes, the way to grow and the way to grow quickly.
