I wanted to post this her for true truth seekers. I have been quite since Jim McBride's (of Divine Province) arrest. I come visit and read and grab wonderful posts from Purps time to time to share, but needed to stay quite for my own spirit.

Jim was on the right path, but mixed Private with Public and that was his downfall.

I truly want FREEDOM for all but do not want to send others down rabbit holes any longer.

We are all under the, Supremacy Clause 
Article VI, Paragraph 2 of the Constitution is commonly referred to as the Supremacy Clause.  It establishes that the federal constitution and federal law generally, take precedence over state laws, and even state constitutions. 
 
The “Supremacy Clause” of the U.S. Constitution is contained in Article VI:
This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.

Aiello, you must be aware that State Codes and Statues do not trump Federal Law or the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, Adopted and opened for signature, ratification and accession by General Assembly resolution 2200A (XXI) of 16 December 1966 entry into force 23 March 1976, in accordance with Article 49  and Political Rights and the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, Adopted and opened for signature, ratification and accession by General Assembly resolution 2200A (XXI) of 16 December 1966 entry into force 3 January 1976, in accordance with article 27.


I have not been jailed as of yet, but keep forcing the issues peacefully as i can. Once i have achieved what Kurt has, i will let the Brothers and Sisters know.
