A. Situation Report as of 1:42 am EST on Sept. 30 2016: URGENT: History Has Been Made, The Future is Ours

1. On this day of Sept. 30 2016 the USA, Inc/Federal Reserve Bank's fiat United States Dollar (USD) was said to have died, plus the new US Republic's United States Note (USN) was in effect.

2. The gold-backed Chinese Yuan/Renminbi would be international beginning in Asia at noon EST on Oct. 1 2016.

3. On this day of Sept. 30 2016 the European Banking Cabal public was said to have surrendered the global financial system.4. Also on this day of Sept. 30 2016, starting at 5:00am EST in the Line Islands in the Pacific Ocean, humanity was said to have been set free legally, morally and monetarily.

B. On that same Sept. 30 ZAP published:

1. The Paris Agreement (that contained the Global Currency Reset) had been signed but not ratified by some countries. The last hold out in respect to the Global Currency Reset was Putin of Russia. He had one condition before signing: that General Dunford of the new US Republic would begin arrests.

2. Last Monday Sept. 26 2016 Dunford was said to have begun sending out squads that acted like mini courts. Supposedly they asked questions of the person being arrested and gave them a chance of redemption. If that person said anything that showed there was no chance at redemption, then it was said that person was taken out. They were said to take no prisoners.

3. All Cabal members and others who have done harm to our humanity to benefit themselves were said to be visited and many squads were active.

4. On the US elections: There was a story on the Internet that if Donald Trump was elected that the Cabal would detonate an EMP device. That was fear mongering. The reality was that before the Elections General Dunford would step in.

5. Dunford has begun the arrest sequence, Putin has signed off on the Paris Agreement and the Global Currency Reset was underway.

1. On this day Sept. 30 2016 the USA Inc., Federal Reserve Bank and US dollar were no more.

2. The New US Republic Notes were active.

3. The Yuan would go international at noon EST on Oct. 1.

4. The European Banking Cabal had given over their control of the world financial system.

1. Art had the same intel as stated above: Today Sept. 30 2016 the USA Inc., Federal Reserve Bank and US Federal Reserve dollar were no more, the new gold backed US Republic notes were active and the Chinese Yuan was set to go international on Oct. 1.

2. The Zim was a Historic Bond. The mechanism to turn that bond liquid was complicated and one needed to have a serious business discussion with the banker to swap it out. Do not expect to get a certain rate. (The proceeds of your Zim exchange are to be used for Humanitarian purposes.) Nothing was set in stone. Nobody knew what to expect, and you wouldn't know what the details were until your exchange. Hope for the best, but prepare for the worst. Don't pretend to be something you were not.

3. IKO believed the Global Currency Reset/RV was in process right now, but he had no idea when the 800#s would be released.

4. Gerry felt that the 800#s could be released between now and Oct. 7.

Guest Post late Fri. morning: Its not over for Deutsche Bank. After an overnight low of $9.91, it rebounded to its high of $11.90 ( $11.77 ) as I type. This has been the single best day for the stock since 2011. So, something happened. The question is, what? We can speculate all we want, but we'll never know. Maybe it was having the fine to the US reduced. Maybe it was the German Govt lending a hand. Maybe the Chinese played a part. We don't really know, but somebody did something and it looks like the bank will live another day, week, month and probably year(s).

G. Situation Report as of Sept. 30 2016 6pm EST:"Flan-Tastic" - Intel SITREP - 18:00 EDT - Friday - September 30, 2016

1. The new Asian Monetary Authority will be in effect internationally as of noon EST Sat. October 1 2016.

2. The European Banking Cabal has agreed to peaceful surrender terms (you read that right) and is to give over full control of the world's financial system in perpetuity. 3. Federal Reserve fiat currency goes dead at the end of fiscal year 2016, which is midnight tonight Sept. 30 2016.

4. Performance window is any minute now that markets have closed for this week to any minute markets open for next week which is 2am Sunday Oct. 2 2016 (Dubai).

5. Sovereign rate redemptions for all currencies worldwide will be allowed at the individual level for a 1 week period.

6. The private exchange period will complete by Oct. 9 2016.

7. As of Sept. 30 2015 the US Treasury Reserve Notes were digital & all US Treasury assets were gold backed.

8. As of Sept. 30 2016 the recently passed 2017 Congressional budget laws were funded by the US Treasury of the new US Republic.

Quan Yin is the Chinese Goddess of mercy.  Her name means "One Who Sees and Hears the Cry from the Human World."  Her Chinese Goddess title signifies, "She who always observes or pays attention to sounds," i.e., she who hears prayers.  She is worshipped especially by women, but this merciful Goddess comforts all troubled, sick, lost, senile and less fortunate souls.

The world's honorary release blessing (operation eternal sunrise master completion code) was entered by Grandfather from the mountains of China to give blessing and birth to the much awaited GCR/RV on sunrise Saturday October 1, 2016 CST (6:11pm EDT Friday, September 30, 2016).

Chinese Yuan/Renminbi now becomes a fully convertible international currency, as do all currencies of the world which are all now legally collateralized 100% by Chinese Elder gold (aka Global Collateral Accounts).

Basel lll demands net physical cash and coin issue can be as much as 10% per each nation's sovereign audited asset value.


But Basel lV will require an increase of individual sovereign nation holdings to rise to 50%, which means sovereign gold reserve holdings must increase over a set period of time, and ultimately reach 100% by the end of what will be Basel V.

Good Morning Chosen Ones,

Today is the day you have suffered for, struggled for, toiled for, defended adamantly, protected emotionally, prepared spiritually and now receive with unexpected ease after a seemingly endless and painstaking wait.

On Saturday all final administrative holds were taken off off all first basket and super sovereign SDR currencies.  

There is complete freedom now within the new financial system for the very first time ever on this, your RV start day Sunday (anytime)

The Sovereign Rates are known internally by redemption center bankers but they are not on screen.  So you must ask for them.  Kinda like ordering off the menu--fortunately you know the chef:)

There is also a very high level of security (all be it invisible to most) up in your skies (drones, helicopters, spy planes), on the ground (special forces), in transportation hubs (national guard) and yes at all of the 7,000 off site redemption locations (a combination of local police, Republic military, FBI and intelligence agency).

Look, less than 1% of 1% of 1% has even a clue that the world has completely flipped over to new benevolent handling group on October 1, 2016 or that they enrolled 209 sovereign nations since the cabal announced their unpeaceful intentions not or surrender on 9/11/01.


Even less of own RV first basket currency.  And even less own ZIM.  So calling you a "Chosen One" is mathematically and spiritually accurate on every level. 

Even fewer know about the depth and scope of internal reformation and transformation of dozens upon dozens executive leadership branches, dictatorships and elder councils, government structures, supreme courts justices, legislative branch arms, treasuries and military control bodies.  

And may never...

Even less are probably aware that the 2015 Paris Agreement on Climate Change is actually GESARA (Global Economic Security and Reformation Act) just by a different name as not to scare the shit out of the masses.  

And may never...

How many do you think know about the upcoming ET disclosure event, historical reveal of actual human history, modern cloning programs and ancient usury/false flag military conflicts that kept humanity paralyzed in fear?

How many even care?   And may never...  most to all.  That's just how the human race has been programmed--to be indifferent about our world so we will live apathetically in theirs.

But once the real truth does finally leak out... you can choose to accept or deny such claims of madness masquerading as normal, but the truth is what it is.

Amazing also to think about all of those silent heroes who have been chipping away at this mammoth stone of global and planetary justice knowing they would never get to see this day.  

A silent shout out to the fallen but not forgotten members of this truth seeking community--your life was not lived in vain, and our temporary victory today is truly yours through eternity.

It's even more incredible to think about what life might be like for the "Chosen Ones" post RV after we have come and gone from our redemption center appointment this week.  

Will everything be radically different?  Stay the same?  Was it worth the wait?  Can We mend fences that have long been broken?  Or should I just move on and start all over from scratch?  Lots of meaningful and life changing questions just waiting to be answered.

But know this, as life demands, we must keep living no matter what people around us know or don't know, believe or despise about our journey, so expect to start chipping away at another stone with similar opposition post RV just like you heroically chipped away at this one pre.
